Misleading
So far the 1st workout did not feel like a workout, I thought there would be a challenge. I also was let to believe I was signing up for somatic yoga.

We appreciate you giving our app a try. We’re sorry to hear that the first workout didn’t feel challenging enough for you. We strive to offer a variety of workouts that can cater to different levels and preferences, and we’re always looking to improve.
Here's what you can try: regenerate your program and select the Advanced difficulty level. By going to the app's Profile Settings — Change Workout Plan, you can switch to somatic yoga. Also, you can add our express exercises to your main program.

No me gusta que no cuenta los pasos,ni con el movil,ni en modo caminata libre,tampoco soy capaz de conectarla con las aplicaciones varias de salud,ni con la de Google ni con el smartwatch.Por lo demas,bien.

At first I couldn’t get in the app but…
At first I couldn’t get in the app but after leaving an email with my concerns, someone got back to me and described step by step what I needed to do. So far so good. I love how all the exercises are short and sectioned out so I can add on my daily routine depending on how I feel. The only thing I would change is while I’m walking I have to stay in the app . If I go into like my mail or you tube to get music. It stops my progress. Maybe it’s just me 🤷♀️ other than that I love it. Thank you Organic Fit

Ive done the excercises or two days, and I feel really good. The only thing Is that sometimes the explanaition of the excercise does not match the video so its a little confusing.

How to follow instructions along with the video
This is in additon to my first review (below).
As mentioned I am new to this app and workouts so as I am proceeding I will update this review thread if anything comes up.
I started "Week 1 Goal", two days ago. I have been trying to repeat the days to get a sense of the workout and and understanding of the technique. I noticed when i am trying to go back to the previous workout it says "completed". Is there any way an option of "Repeat" could be added to sit next to "Completed" so that one knows its been done but gives an opportunity to repeat.
I'm sure in time I will get the hang of it and how to use it.
I do need to repeat about the syncing of commentator with workout, it's quite off putting.
I'm loving doing them.
I have only just started. Easy access to the workouts. Not difficult to follow.
However, when one is doing the exercises, especially the floor ones, it’s difficult to watch the screen (for a beginner). It would be easier if the commentator was in sync giving instructions slowly in unison with the trainer.
