I was very skeptical starting this…
I was very skeptical starting this program but the ads drew me in. After a week I can say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. It’s so gentle and easy that it almost doesn’t feel like enough effort… but after just a few days you will feel remarkable changes starting. I’m ready to extend my subscription! Deffinately worth the money.

Yesterday I started working out via the app. I was not satisfied, during the 13-minute workout, the app stopped at least 10-15 times. I had to restart the workout all the time. It's very annoying

Recently started and it has been great. The features are user friendly and in one week i am definitely satisfied with my results thus far. I encountered a problem, the app was not loading and I emailed support, they responded quickly and assisted with resolving the same day.
