I think its really good
I think its really good how quick the system is to pick up making it quite user friendly. It just would be better if the system could be a bit more customizable to the individual needs.

Works well and is easy to use my only thing is on chrome I cant see the map, works on edge but its a bit irritating switching web browsers just for one thing.

Lawn Care and Snow Clearing Approved
We have been using OptimoRoute for our lawn care and snow clearing routes for a couple years now and LOVE it! The online tracking is great for customers. I love how I can plan routes a week or more in advance and schedule the notifications to customers to be sent out the day before and can set it to auto-load to my drivers on the morning of the scheduled route. We love how we can set it that the driver has to take a picture as proof of service (which works really great for snow clearing as many of our customers go away for a while during the winter season).
The only negative thing that we have experienced is that my drivers have issues with the settings on the Apple Maps (doesn't give the option to set for "navigate immediately" so there is an extra button that needs to be pressed) and is quite difficult at times to navigate through it on your cell phone browser. I much prefer my experience on my CPU vs. cell phone browser. Wish there was a mobile app for Admins that was more user friendly than trying to make changes on the browser on your phone (Android).

Essential tool in our business
We are a small cheese maker and deliver to customers throughout the country. With OptimoRoute we plan our routes in minutes and in that time our customers are informed of our ETA. During the day they know exactly when we get to their place.
And when we are there our drivers have the tools to register the delivery. Excellent tool.

Handy app, but way overpriced for what you are offering. The recent price hike was downright cannibalistic and not justified by feature expansion.

It's an excelente program but still wait for schedulle work orders over the time, like MS Outlook, where we can define if is daily, weekly, and so on.

Great routing software
I've been using OptimoRoute for my business for the past 2 years, and it has been a great help me to improve my route planning efficiency. The software takes into account all of the factors that can affect route efficiency, such as traffic, load, distance, available hours, and vehicle restrictions. It's also very easy to use, and the customer support is excellent.
The real-time tracking and ease of import/export options is also clutch (pun intended).
Overall, I'm very happy with OptimoRoute and I would highly recommend it to any business that needs to improve their route planning efficiency.

I've been using OptimiRoute for a little over 8 months and I think it's the best program since streets and trips. I wish there were a few differences in usage but overall I'm very happy with my experience. I also love the driver app that allows for immediate verification delivery.

Fantastic route planning software
My company has been using Optimoroute for several years as a route planning tool for our smoke alarm service jobs. The software is easy to use for the drivers in the field and as accurate as any phone navigation app.
We can view and change the routes live from the office, provide our clients with real-time ETA updates and reminders.
The office portal is also easy enough to learn and offers a wide rang of functionality and customisation. I'd strongly recommend this product to any business looking for a powerful route planning tool.
