Very easy to learn. Great app easy interface. we use the app for 5000 customers we can use to website to plot routes. Been a customer for 2 years and love it. My only thing wish you can keep that each together then besides just copying the from other following month

Customizable for your needs…
After researching many route apps for my small business of about 80 customers, I chose Optimoroute six months ago. Now I have 240 customers and just added on my second driver! Optimoroute has a lot of great applications that I do not use, but they have exactly what I was looking for and I can customize my route to fit my needs. I visit these 240 properties 4 - 6 times a week (approx. 1200 stops), and depending on what service it is that day, it has to be scheduled at different times. Optimoroute allows me to do just that. It has been a lifesaver for my business to continue to grow. I highly recommend Optimoroute for small or large businesses.

Not Designed for Repeat Deliveries
I’ve been a customer for a few years. This is a simple and effective program that provides the necessary tools to schedule and navigate routes. Unfortunately, the program is not designed for the service industry with recurring stops to the same place throughout the year. You are unable to search for previous service dates without doing an individual search each month (essentially having to make 12 searches to obtain the result needed). I’ve asked for that ability to do this on several occasions but I’ve been met with ‘we’ll add the request to future updates’. It’s been nearly 3 years…still waiting. I will be leaving OptimoRoute very soon.

Estamos muy contentos con OptimoRoute dado que cubre casi todas nuestras necesidades de ruteo.
Me gusta mucho la importancia que le dan a nuestras sugerencias, y veo que constantemente le están agregando nuevas funcionalidades que van mejorando las prestaciones y la usabilidad.
Hay algunas sugerencias que aún no las veo implementadas, pero estoy seguro de que prontamente estarán disponibles 😉
Algunas cosas que nos gustaría que incorporen son:
- Entregas fallidas y motivos: En las entregas fallidas, poder contar con algunas pocas opciones en una lista predefinida de razones comunes (como “cliente ausente”, “dirección incorrecta”, etc.) donde el conductor pueda rápidamente seleccionar el motivo de la no entrega/recolección (además de las observaciones que hoy ya existen pero que se deben escribir manualmente)
- Geolocalización masiva desde planilla: Contar con alguna herramienta para poder geolocalizar masivamente direcciones desde una planilla Excel … similar a cuando subimos los puntos, pero sin necesidad de que queden grabados… actualmente tenemos una volumen importante de direcciones a rutear, pero no estamos seguros de si las vamos a despachar o no (no nos alcanzan los vehículos disponibles y las dejamos para el día siguiente), pero sería muy útil ya ir geolocalizándolas de forma que luego a la hora de subir los puntos a OR, no tengamos que volver a revisarlas una por una.
- Colores asociados al tipo de entregas: Sería muy útil, que, al subir los puntos a rutear, en vez de quedar todos del mismo color, que tengan algún color asociado al tipo de entrega de ese punto (“same day”, “next day”) luego, armaríamos las rutas considerando los next day que estén cercanos a los same day… pero hoy al ser todos iguales no hay forma de hacerlo.
