We are going into our 3rd lawn care season using OptimoRoute and are very pleased with how well we were able to integrate it into our daily scheduling. We were hesitant to purchase since it's not exactly built for lawn care, but we love that we are able to make it work as we weren't sold on any other options that were tailored to lawn care. Hannah L. is always extremely helpful and is very responsive anytime I have a question. We would love to have a dispatcher app, however, we will continue to use OR as it overall is very affordable and time saving as is.

The only thing I don't like is the process takes too long to convert into a route.

Saves me time and effort. I use it a lot

I fell onto the optimoRoute system when I took over a company from another operator who was utilizing optimoRoute.
One of the main the selling features was the ease of adding customers, adjusting the route and GPS tracking.

And as I have had to reach out a couple times for some extra help , i have found the I.T. team ro be very helpful. ( and quick)

Sarah Tracy was our contact. We are an electrical distributor so logistics is half of our business. I've worked with other B2B SAAS companies to review if their software solutions would work for us. None have come close to how helpful Sarah has been. She always makes herself available and is determined to deliver us the best experience - not necessarily upsell us. I always appreciated how transparent she is when I ask about certain aspects of the software and future enhancements. Also, she has been so incredibly willing to offer us a free trial to ensure we are comfortable. Originally we did a trial back in Sept-Oct but once that ended we paused. I loved it and wanted to implement, but due to personnel limitations we couldn't. Sarah didn't pressure me or nag us if we were going to continue. Yesterday I reached out because personnel shifts allowed us to restart the process. In doing so I am training a routing manager to use the software so originally we were only going to pay for one device, and expand to 6ish in a month when he is ready. Sarah immediately offered to restart the trial to simplify the billing process, make it stress free, and give us the best opportunity to use the software with all our drivers. This meant so much to me because it showed she cared more about money and instead wanted us to succeed, which is my #1 quality I look for in partners. While I was already a big fan of your software solution, this seemingly small act solidified Optimo as a feasible and reliable solution. I am a Division Operations Lead and I oversee 25 locations. So I am always on the lookout for how to improve our daily processes and new solutions to give us a competitive advantage over our competitors. Because of Sarah's exemplary work, I am sure to recommend this to my locations!

For my job in Transportation Coordination, I use Optmio Route every single day. The ease of imputing orders and the flexibility of the program is crucial in an industry of solving puzzles.

Great service, amazing product! Recommended

The tool is easy to use. I love the fact that I can see the map while I'm creating the route. It also allows for you to schedule multiple drivers.

The only reason why I did not give it a 5 star rating is because sometimes if you make a change it starts giving errors and you have to restart the app. Also if there's a change to the live route and you updated it it will not reflect the update to the drivers.

But overall it is a great tool.

Really poor response times and problem resolutions over many months

Great Solution
I’m generally happy with Optimoroute. It made a huge difference and with OR’s tracking and pod solution, I can easily access the data and help the customers if they experience something wrong with their deliveries. I did test a few other options, but Optimoroute was the best choice for me. The application is as fast during peak hours as during the night time where there is not much traffic on the servers. I have had issues with slow servers on other apps.
Optimoroute is very easy to learn and use.
But there is a couple things I would love to see being added to the application:

Multiple deliveries / Repetitive tasks.
In our company we have drivers delivering to the same shops up to three times per day. And if it was possible to prepare all three rounds of deliveries in advance, it would be so much easier for me and the drivers.

Scanning orders / jobs
If there was a scanning feature for the driver to scan premade barcodes or QR-codes for each individual shop or route, we would have maximum flexibility in my company. If there is a sudden change of drivers in the morning and we need to reorganize the shift plan, the replacement driver can scan a different route or shop.

Hanna is a diamond in the rough she professional but very personable so easy to communicate with I am a retired IBM sales executive and people at her level are so hard to keep I just hope your company realizes what talent you possess with this employee I would give her 10 stars if I could

Routes do not seem logical in some cases with lots of looping around and visiting the same areas twice. I hope that there might be some improvement to the algorithms to improve this in the near future. UK London areas with road restrictions also are not reflected on the mapping or routes.

great tool for planning

Before selecting optimoroute I have tested few softwares and decided to go with OR.
Now after almost 2 years using it daily and very satisfied. It allowed me to replace my paper and people knowledge based processes by a system paperless process. Also now It’s much easier to replace and on board new drivers. On the top of this, it save me and my teams time. I strongly recommend.
Improvements opportunities.
Routes are planned for cost and efficiency but quality and customer satisfaction is also important for my business so the app could have some AI features that gives you other parameters to plan, like typical route and customer priorities.
