Every Wednesday there is an update of some sort that completely erases our routes, or removes random stops. We have tried to correct this with support, however with the time difference, we are unable to get anyone's help in a timely manner. Not to mention, answers are never given.

We are a Food Bank in south Texas. We started to do what we call Homebound, which consist in 1,000 home deliveries per month. At the beginning it was very difficult to plan an effective travel plan for our driver. Then luckily we found Optimo Route. This online app made magic planning an efficient route every day. No to mention that it is very affordable.

System Glitch
The runs hasn't been sent to my drivers as we set up, its been an ongoing situation since three weeks ago. I have been waking up at 2am just to send the runs to them as OptimoRoute system isn't working.

Doesn't respond to screen lock.
Optimo route works as it should, and the app is very useful. However, my only complaint would be that it doesn't respond to the "screen lock" option on my phone, so it switches to vertical view all the time, even when "screen lock" is on, and all other apps are responding to that option.

Great Win and Upgrade of our processes
We work approx. 3 years with Optimoroute. Since that day we are finally able to organize our logistics in a appropriate and customer focused way. its a big win for our company and helped us massively during our digital transformation. we are quick, able to apply random changes fast, and always on top of things. functions like "running late" are such a win, as we can inform our customers in advance of possible delays...so no more frustration on customers side when the drives is stuck in traffic, just for example.....also a great customer support..thanks Domo and Team for your great work :)

Easy to Learn, Ready to Use
It is very easy to learn and then use. The information is shared without any problem. Planning the week is very intuitive and fast. If I can ask something it would be to have an integrated barcode to quick add/complete orders.

We use Optimoroute to schedule deliveries for a national fleet of circa 30 trucks running out of 8 sites. The scheduling optimisation is excellent, the API allows us to get very quickly from a big pile of jobs to an almost completed schedule, and the user interface allows our dispatch team to complete the schedule by hand which is important for us.
Our managers love Optimoroute because they have access to all the metrics they could need, and it makes distributing and updating work to the drivers easy.
Our customers love Optimoroute because they receive clear messaging about our deliveries along with driver tracking.
Our drivers love Optimoroute because the driver app is simple to use and mostly just lets them go about their work and functions automatically.
I love Optimoroute because the platform represents excellent value, it helps drive 5 star reviews in our business, and the customer service and support team are friendly and incredibly helpful.
