Ordered Christmas cards on Nov 28 - delivery said Dec 2-3. Now shows Dec 5 and I will be leaving on a trip that day for a week so these cards will not be sent before my trip now and will not be received before Christmas which makes them almost worthless at this point.
Super disappointing as I ordered here specifically because they'd be delivered before I left.
Wanted to try someone new as I always use vista print but this experience has made sure I dont try these guys again.
Don't order if you are dependant on the delivery date being accurate as now I wasted almost $100 on cards that will be delivered 2-3 days late and because of that I will not have them to recipients on time before the holidays.
And the worst part is no customer service besides some AI chat that just ends the chat when they give you an answer (which was not helpful and inaccurate).

The ability to make your own calendars with your own event was easy and the program is simple to work with.

I have used this company for years & got lovely cards which were delivered fast. This year I placed an order November 17 with (according to them) estimated arrival of November 24-25, just like a few other reviews. The update I found next was that they were be there December 2nd. They didn’t arrive. All of the contact links go to “page does not exist”. There is no number to call. As an optimal print plus member I am out the cost of the cards, the plus membership” and no cards to show for it. I will not use them again.

UPDATE: I cards arrived December 4th. They are OK but the envelopes are very cheap. I am sure that I didn’t pay for the premium envelopes before so looks like just using cheaper products. Since no explanation for missing links in :contact us” or “help” section. I am disappointed given that they used to be wonderful and fast.

I placed an order of 300 Christmas Cards for my employees and paid an additional $100 for expedited shipping so they would be here by a certain date. It said they would be delivered November 26 or 27. It is now November 30 and I still don't have a tracking number and it is saying my cards still need to be printed. I received no notification they would be delayed and there is NO way to contact them. Their Customer Service/Contact links just go in circles. This is ridiculous.

My first arrival window was November 24th and 25th, then my arrival window changed to the 26th and 27th, my final arrival window so far is November 28th, today is November 29 and still no cards. I thought I was dealing with a Canadian company, turns out they’re international, however, the cards are printed here in Canada.
I will not use optimalprint next year and it is looking as though I will not be using them this year either as my cards will likely not arrive in time to mail out. The website advertises full satisfaction guarantee, but so far dealing with customer service has been pretty much useless. The only way to contact them is to use their customer service AI bot. As far as I can tell, the role of the AI bot is to determine whether or not you actually are a customer and then tell you to come back to them in 12 days if you still have not received your shipment. Wow!

I love optimal print. I’ve ordered cards from them so many times now and they’ve always turned out well. Their prices can’t be beat either! I love that they come so fast too! One of our orders came without the envelopes we paid for, so they resent the entire order so we got double the cards! Great customer service!

unfortunately, many of my pictures did not come out well. I have always used Staples.ca for my calendar, and, somehow, I got flipped over to Optimal Print - not by choice. It was so frustrating to create my calendar, and I had to start over a number of times - for example, I posted my pictures in order of the months, and, when I finished, they were moved all around! While Optimal Print was very financially reasonable and the product was delivered quickly, as noted, a number of the pictures did not come out clearly. Very disappointed.

Very fast shipping, good communication with updates on progress of the order. Quality is good and shipped with Purolator.

My prints were easy to order, and I received them within a week. I am so pleased with the results. All of the prints I ordered, I ordered on aluminum and they are beautiful. Very pleased

Website was very user friendly and easy to navigate. But the best part was the product arrived in 3 days!

I tried to submit a 39MB file for a large aluminum print. Having not read the fine print, it was some time before I gave up arguing with the chat bot that, in 2025, 39MB is a small file and there must be a workaround. Seems to me, the 30MB file limit is inconsistent with the fine processing I have otherwise seen in your products. After ordering, the shipping tracking worked but stopped updating after arriving at a facility on the other side of the country. It is now the expected delivery date and it appears stalled for a week there. Any business must accept responsibility for failures of its 3rd party shipper. I hope it does get delivered because I like my previous photographic results.

I had metal prints done, 16x16, and love them. They are quality, and with sales/discounts, they were astronomically less expensive than anywhere else. Came super fast too. Couldn’t be happier with this company. I’ll definitely go with them again.

My cards never arrived! Support told me that it was due to unforeseen production issues and had escalated to relevant team. More than a week later, I still have not heard back with a new estimated delivery date. Most of my cards need to be sent overseas so I had to scramble to order from alternative sources (unfortunately from the US). Meanwhile, I still don't know if my cards are coming.

It was very easy to make the canvas I wanted. The collage was easy to deal with and the price was even better!

For 45 dollars,,it is overpriced ,,it is cheaply made and definetly not worth the money

I was very happy with the print quality. My pictures look professional in the calendars and on the t-shirts. Delivery was fast. The cost of delivery was a bit steep which is the only reason that I have given four stars instead of five.

Order #34844188. I’m not sure I can recommend Optimal Print after using them a second time with frustrating results. The website/app is decent enough to deal with, even though the ability to modify the shape of images while placing them is limited. Limited ability to modify preexisting designs altogether, I suspect this is due to the push for the upgraded app experience. The real problem with Optimal Print is in the delivery service. This is the second year I have had incredible difficulty with receiving my cards when they said they would be delivered. The delivery platform for tracking does not work at all, the information or rather, lack thereof, does not reflect any status. The chat bot help option via the app has information that doesn’t make sense at all. The app shows the cards in “to be printed” status, days after the alleged delivery date. When ordering cards, there is a time-sensitivity component to a customer’s expectation, and Optimal Print misses the mark.
** update, optimal print said they would reprint and reship, but failed to do so!
*** another update, after finally finding a good customer service rep, the reprint did eventually make it to my front door. I had to stay on them, and there were broken promises along the way. Glad they rectified the issue, but will still use another print service in the future.
