Excellent print on canvas! Better then I was expecting! Did get a warning that the print quality would not be great as the picture supplied was small. Regardless, this turned out very well done!

"Your order (#35855529) is still in production and hasn't been dispatched yet. It was expected to ship 12 days ago, but there's been a delay as the courier hasn't received the package from our production facility yet.
Our team is currently checking with the production facility to get things moving."

Broken ceramic mug

I ordered a ceramic mug for my mom for Christmas in November to ensure it arrived on time. I didn’t unwrap the bubble wrap because I wanted the mug to stay protected. On Christmas Day when it was opened, it was damaged. The handle was completely broken off. I contacted Optimal Print about this and they would not help me at all as it was over the 30 day refund/reprint. These mugs are so expensive. It was a Christmas gift that arrived broken and they wouldn’t do anything. So disappointed.

Not a very Merry experience

Paid for express shipping and they still can't locate my order. AI "asssitant" is useless. It seems like more and more customers don't matter after they have paid.

Awful customer service

We placed an order for cards on Dec 15 and was advised at checkout that delivery would be Dec 22-23. It’s now the 26th and our order still has not arrived. Tracking info does not update. We would have ordered elsewhere if we knew they wouldn’t be able to deliver when we needed the cards. Contacting an agent for help is very challenging. Their app and website don’t update the order status frequently. Overall an awful experience. Please don’t use this company.

I made 10 8 x 8 aluminum frames. The delivery came two days before Christmas although I ordered last minute plus the frames are amazing. I keep coming back to get more stuff. Complete lack of communication

I ordered a photobook as a Christmas present. The website gave a delivery window of Dec. 23-24th if I chose expedited shipping. The printer is in the same city, so that shouldn't be an issue. On Dec. 23rd, I checked with the AI Agent as I still didn't have a print and ship notice. The Agent stated there was a production delay but insisted it was still possible delivery would be on Dec. 24th. On Dec.24th, the book still hasn't been printed. There has been no communication from Optimal Print about production delays or notification that I wil not receive my items before Christmas. The only reason I know is because I chased it down through the chat. That's an unacceptable level of communication. I've now cancelled the order and am supposed to receive a full refund, but the lack of communication makes my experience one star.

Product received different from design

Order 35792360: The product received was not as designed. In the calendar, layouts on pages changed, photos assigned to specific months were shuffled, and some photos were used multiple times while others were omitted completely. Portrait photos were placed in landscape boxes, resulting in poor cropping. I attempted to use the customer service chat feature twice to request a refund and both times Optimalprint stopped responding after I described the issue, which made it a frustrating waste of my time. Very disappointed with my experience, particularly the customer service received when I attempted to resolve the issue. I have no Christmas gift for my father, and still have paid for the unusable product.

Medium quality result

Delivery date was respected! I got the mug on time. But I asked for a black mug and it’s only painted black in some areas. Half of the handle and next to the image the mug remained white. And the print looked low resolution and a little bit overexposed. If I was to order again I would avoid images with fine details, and boost saturation and contrast.
I ended up not gifting the mug due to medium quality

I ordered 5 prints of a photo but only…

I ordered 5 prints of a photo but only received 4. When I contacted the company Help Center (which is only a chatbot), they asked for photos to support my claim, which were provided. I followed up with the "agent" three consecutive days and got no acknowledgement of the issue or a response. It is one thing to make a mistake on the order in the first place but then to simply ignore the mistake and ignore the concern shows a complete lack of integrity on the part of the company. My experience seems to mirror a number of the reviews regarding the company's poor customer service. Better to stick with VistaPrint in the future!

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible customer service. Horrible company to deal with. The company fraudulently advertised shipping provider. Chose this company because they didn’t ship Canada Post or affiliates and it was shipped with Purolator. Which is a Canada post affiliate. Now my little ones cards and gifts won’t be here for Christmas and he’s devastated. My order is severally delayed and I understand weather can play a factor but when you use a company that guarantees quality and service standards and they knowingly aren’t providing it, that’s fraud. I’ve attempted contacting the company multiple times and have been told within 24 hours I’d have a response. A week is more than 24 hours. Never again. Save your money and time and use any other company than OptimalPrint. I could have burned my money and had the same outcome. Shame on OptimalPrint and their terrible company standards and service.

Custom ordered a shirt for Christmas on…

Custom ordered a shirt for Christmas on the 4th of December. Paid 67.00 which was way overpriced. But I wanted to make sure I had what I wanted in time for Christmas. Unfortunately you used the absolute worst delivery service going, Dragonfly. My parcel didn’t arrive and they claimed it’s lost. I’m still waiting for my refund. So I will never order from this site or company again.

Dissatisfied customer

Ordered my cards on Dec 11th and I'm still waiting for delivery or just an update (Dec 22). Paid extra for express shipping, and the time has passed with no shipping or processing update. No customer service number, very difficult to reach someone. Will not use company again.

I have to give 4 out of 5 because of the sizing issues. It fits on a substantially smaller size. 1 or 2 sizes smaller than described. It is pure cotton.
