The delivery was really quick and I think the packaging and design looks really good. I can feel how my body and skin change and I think I can see the difference, too. But I need more time to see if my acne fades out or not.

The shower gel
The shower gel, the body lotion with acids and other perks, customized serums (with your name on the bottle!) - all these goodness has being placed onto my body for over two years. My skin is so gratefull for that. Dear creators, my soothed body (from face to buttocks) and I appreciate your work a lot. Much love!

Absolutely amazing product! I bought the shower gel to help clear up the bumps across my arms, chest, shoulders and upper back and all I can say is WOW! The bumps that I have suffered with for over 2+ years are gone. No other product has worked for me but this. I can’t wait to try the body lotion soon and perhaps will try a face serum in the future! Thank you Openface ❤️

Bad delivery and tracking website
Order was confirmed 8th of July. Website says shipping takes 5 - 12 business days. On the 20th of July it says my order couldn't be delivered. It did not under any circumstance get an email that stated that I could pick up my order from somewhere and now it's being returned.
Issue was resolved in a respectful and fast manner. The product does work really well!

We are sorry for this experience. As we see via parcel tracking there were several attempts to deliver the parcel to you. And, sometimes it happens when local post offices do not send the delivery notifications. However, we will be happy to send a new parcel via priority shipping for free, to make sure you will get all proper tracking and notifications about your parcel. We'll contact you via email to arrange the delivery
Easy to order and get delivered
It was easy to order, and I got the product delivered to Portugal fast. I also got the discount for the first purchase and the support staff was really nice. However, it would be even better if it was possible to get a response within 1-2 days. Thanks!

Received broken product
I received the package half broken (the lid does not close properly) and the gel leaked through it... I sent an e-mail to the support but never received a reply unfortunately. Very disappointed :(
