We understand how frustrating it can be not to see noticeable results right away. At the same time, 14 days is still quite a short period, especially when it comes to body skin, where the renewal process takes time.

For more visible results, we recommend consistent use and a bit of patience to allow the skin to renew. The shower gel also works more effectively if you leave it on the skin for a few minutes before rinsing, so the active ingredients can properly take effect.

If you are currently using the product 2–3 times a week, you may try increasing the frequency to 5–6 times a week to ensure more consistent exposure to the exfoliating ingredients. Over time, this can lead to more noticeable results.

In many cases, using the body cream alongside the shower gel helps achieve results faster, as they work together to support skin renewal and improve overall texture.

Of course, everyone’s skin is different, and results may vary, but consistency plays a key role here.

When placing an order on our website, we also include a note that says: due to the high concentration of active ingredients, our body cream may have a stronger scent than usual. This does not affect its safety or effectiveness.

Our Shower Power Gel and Acid Cloud Cream are formulated with salicylic acid and other active ingredients to gently exfoliate, cleanse, and care for the skin. That said, we also understand that preferences—especially when it comes to scent—can vary, and we’re sorry if the aroma felt too strong for you.

We always take our customers’ feedback into account, and we’re happy to share that we’ve just opened pre-orders for an updated version of the body cream, which will be fragrance-free. We hope this makes your experience more comfortable.

Since you received your order on August 5, it’s only been about 15 days of use — and that’s usually too soon to notice significant changes. Most people begin to see visible improvements after around 4–6 weeks of consistent use.

For best results, we recommend leaving the shower gel on your skin for a few minutes before rinsing, so the active ingredients have time to work. If you’re currently using it 2–3 times a week, try increasing to 5–6 times a week for more consistent exposure. Many customers also combine it with our body cream for enhanced results.
