Don’t buy from this site. It’s a scam, they take your money, send you rags, then you cannot return. Report them to you Credit Card company.

Site qui se moque carrément de l’acheteur, les articles reçus ne correspondent en rien aux produits commandés, à la place de deux belles chemises manches courtes USA commandées (avec des photos alléchantes), j’ai reçu deux polos Gulf de qualité médiocre que je n'avais pas commandés. Il éxiste une Malhonnêteté flagrante et une hypocrisie commerciale avérée. Vu le nombre d’avis défavorables que cette entreprise collectionne, je ne comprends même pas qu’ils soient encore en mesure de sévire sur internet, c’est parfaitement inadmissible. Je souhaiterai leur formuler une réclamation mais depuis que j’ai reçu la commande, impossible de me connecter à leur site ! Curieux ? Des poursuites judiciaires devraient être engagées contre "OOTDMW" pour publicité mensongère et tromperie commerciale. Mon témoignage ne vas pas s’arrêter là, je vais faire ce qu’il faut pour diffuser dans un certain nombre de sites d’information, la manière de "travailler" de ces imposteurs.

En esta empresa NO funciona nada. Es directamente tirar el dinero a la basura.
La calidad de la ropa es pésima. Absolutamente timada y estafada.
Quería poner 0 estrellas pero no lo permiten.
He reclamado la devolución y me contestan que si el artículo no tiene defectos no pueden hacer nada.
Pero por favor, si no se parece en nada a lo que he pedido.

No llega nada, sin información, sin usuario, que no existe después de comprar, todo en automático los correos.
Solicite la devolución a PayPal... Ya veremos

THEY ASK AGAIN AND AGAIN THE SAME QUESTIONS, THEY DON'T GIVE THE RETURN ADDRESS! I HAVE SENT APPROX 10 EMAILS, STILL DID NOT RECEIVE THE RETURN ADDRESS!!! I am not even sure if they ill refund me! The quality of their products is horrible as well! don't buy!!!!

UPDATE - they have since contacted me and sent me a refund for the item received in error without having to send it back. Again good customer service but still might be a little expensive for the product sold.

1 star - Received an incorrect item for my test trial shipment. The quality is okay but little pricey for what you get but not terrible. Items fit but they don't have a return policy with preprinted labels so I am not about to spend good money after bad to get my parcel refund and product refund. Shipments also take a long time to arrive. If they send me a replacement on what I ordered I might consider it but at this point I would stay away and you can buy like products for similar or cheaper on other sites. One thing is that they do respond timely and they are very polite. might deserve 2 stars but I'm rating the overall experience so the one start will be for the customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I am so angry at myself for not reading these reviews before buying these terrible cheap clothes which turn out nothing like they are advertised on the website. Save your money!

If I could rate no stars I would do so. This company served me with the absolute worst experience either have ever had ordering online. I made the mistake of ordering before checking reviews and then hoped for the best. Don't do it!
First, I ordered a dress on October 8th for a party scheduled for November 12th. I received an immediate confirmation email. The sent me a flight tracker for the plane that carried my order from China to L.A. 2 weeks later. After that I didn't hear anything at all.
I had given up on the order when I received a note from USPS that I owed postage on a package. Not duties, postage which was supposed part of the shipping fee I already paid. I paid for the postage and opened the package to find a monstrosity that was nothing like what I ordered.
I ordered a fun gold metallic cocktail dress based on measurements in the ad. What I received could be politely described as an asymmetrical slip with one giant puff sleeve made of cheap shiny white material so tiny it would fit a child.
I could send it back and try to recoup my money but I have to pay for shipping back to China and then fight with the company based on other reviews here. I will take the loss as a lesson and do better research on future companies I order from.

This company are sh-te. Don't waste your money. Quite good at getting back to you with offers of vouchers or another discount to dissuade you from a return but ultimately the return postage is yours to shoulder all the way back to China.

Finger weg! Ware stimmt nicht mit den Bildern überein. Qulität ist sehr schlecht. Service meldet sich nicht auf Mails. Ich hoffe immer noch das ich die Ware zurück schicken kann

Clothes are absolutely not as pictured. I wish I had read reviews before I bought. I have sent everything back - with the return fed ex tracking number. Fed ex has delivered and delivery has been signed for- but they are pretending they haven't received.

C’est un signe d’arnaque vraiment pas sérieux il faut jamais commandé chez eux tu reçois un mois après il rembourse pas et le retour ne existe pas chez eux et ça n’a rien à voir avec tout ce qu’on reçoit j’ai commandé les robes c’est des robes rien à voir avec la photo attention attention attention

I made and paid an order. Including 2000 yen in shipping costs. After 3 weeks my order was still not even processed. After trying to contact the CS without success I wrote a comment in their Instagram account. They told me a bunch of lies, the said they were "mistakes" and apologized in a passive-agressive way. The send me an email telling me that they made a complete refund of my money and that if I not received it I have to contact my bank (yes they said this in the same email like they knew I would no find my refund). So yeah, they stole my money.

Big, big scam company. Ordered boots that was nothing like the ones that showed up. The other items didnt show up at all. I just wish i had seen these reviews before i ordered. These guys are organised thieves

If I could give no stars I would!!!! Stay well away from this company . I ordered a hoody for my daughters 13th birthday and it came with half the writing missing off the back of it very cheap material and had a mark on the front . I've been trying to get a refund for the past 3 weeks and they have just partially refunded me which I'm still trying to fight . Ruined my daughters present for a special day......Please please do not order or waste your time here . I want to warn as many people as possible. They can't keep getting away with this .

REPULSIVE SCAM! this site took my order then 2 days later cancelled it and only refunded me part of my money back!!

I recieved a wrong item and therefore wanted to return it and get my money back. They offered me a coupon of an insulting low amount and after refusing 3 times, I finally received the return address. I paid 25 euro’s but my package is already 3 months at customs in China. This has cost me a lot of money due to their fault in the first place
