Es una estafa, las fotos no tienen nada que ver con lo que te mandan! El retraso en el envío es de más de 45 días. La calidad del producto es bajísima y mal confeccionada además de no corresponderse con la foto.

ARNAQUE ! Je suis harcelée de cookies de photos de vêtements de OOTDMW, tous magnifiques et originaux et également par mail. J'ai fini par commander une veste, avec frais de port importants et ce que j'ai reçu est immettable, ne correspond pas à la photo ni à la description.
Les conditions de renvoi dissuasives sont elles aussi une arnaque.
Comment ce site d'arnaque peut-il ainsi prospérer sur le net ??!

1. Hice un pedido el día 1 de enero, te dicen que llegará en 15 días. Me llego el día 14 de Febrero.
2. Pedi 2 cosas, una de ellas era una chaqueta. NO TIENE NADA QUE VER CON LO QUE HABIA EN LA FOTO.
3. Reclamo el producto o la devolución de mi dinero. Para ello ne piden que devuelva la prenda que pague en el envío yo y ya de ahí si ellos ven todo correcto solo me devolverán el dinero de la chaqueta. El envío por correos cuesta 25 a 50€.
VAMOS QUE PIERDO DINERO YO DE UNA MANERA U OTRA PON UN ERROR QUE HAN TENIDO ELLOS.
En resumen no compren en esta tienda lo único que es una estafa 😡.

Wish I had checked the reviews before buying the utter rubbish I received. Bought yellowstone Mens jumper. So it's not just the womens stuff. The material is see through and shiny with the collar made from the same stuff my cat bed is made from. Pound land have better garments. They don't respond to emails then after weeks they give you the run around before eventually giving a return address in china. You are told to get your FULL refund you must post back at your cost and send receipt of postage before they issue a FULL refund.
You will NOT get a refund! You will end up with no garment for proof and be further out of pocket.
Absolute scammers.

UNA ESTAFA. Hice un pedido de 14 prendas por 184,96€ el 14.12.22. Hasta hoy 05.02.23 solo he recibido un conjunto de pantalón y jersey de 42,90€. De pésima calidad, no se parece en nada a la foto de la web.
No permiten devoluciones. Solo envían email en inglés diciendo que “tenga paciencia” “problemas en la aduana”.
He descubierto que utilizan fotos de vestidos de diseñadores que venden como diseños suyos, sin indicar la marca del creador. Voy a acudir a la Oficina del Consumidor y al Defensor del Pueblo para que me aconsejen cómo recuperar mi dinero y denunciar a estos estafadores.

El pedido no llega y no me puedo poner en contacto con ellos. Me huele a ESTAFA…

Cuando me ha llegado el pedido (30 días con retraso), pensé que me estaban gastando una broma.
-pido un pantalón corto de deporte, y me llega uno distinto, deshilachado.
-pido dos sudaderas: y me llegan dos licras con el mismo estampado que las sudaderas que había pedido y con una coloración que parece salida de una guardería.
-Ropa de una calidad pésima.
Tal es la mala gana que se te queda con esta empresa, que no me apetece ni reclamarles.

Everything went wrong. The good is very diferente from site images. The return processo was a horror movie. I have returned the item, they return me the item again and said that I put wrong adress and finally they don't admited that I didn't fail in the adress. They refund me just 50%. Very bad experience with non serious trader. Since mayn 2022 until january 2023, this saga. Unreal.

This so called company has sent me an email stating they do not send a return label this isn’t stated anywhere when you buy. they have taken days to reply to my messages. There isn’t a phone number, they have offered me a partial refund of £46 when I have paid nearly £100 for two items that are very poor quality. I have sent messages on every possible site and email. I will have to pay to the cost to return to china if I want my money back, I’m not sure I will then receive refund. I do not trust this so called company to then send my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM OOTDMW THEY ARE A SCAM. I have sent them so many emails with the return address they have given me in one email to send the parcel back and then state this is the wrong email????? They will not respond now with correct address, I’m at a loss as what to do next?
