Was man in diesem Shop an Geld ausgibt, kann man sofort als Lehrgeld verbuchen.
-> billigste China Ware
-> geklaute Fotos der Ware im Online Shop, da die Motive auf die Endprodukte einfach nur aufgedruckt werden
-> Reklamationsmanagement aus der Hölle.
Ich hatte selbst einen Sweater für 40,- EUR bestellt. Wollte die Bestellung dann umgehend stornieren, da ich mich in der Größe vertan hatte.
Der Kerl vom Support wollte mir dann tatsächlich weismachen, dass die Ware innerhalb der 10 Minuten zwischen meiner Bestellung und Stornierung schon verpackt, getrackt und an die Post übergeben wurde und eine Stornierung daher nicht möglich ist.
Das Paket kam dann nach 3 Wochen tatsächlich mal an, witzigerweise in weder der Größe die ich bestellt hatte, noch in der Größe in welcher ich eigentlich bestellen wollte.
Umtausch und Rückversand würde nochmal 30,- EUR zusätzlich kosten, aber zunächst hätte ich ein Foto von mir und dem Sweater einschicken sollen, sodass die fehlerhafte Größe auch wirklich bestätigt werden könnte. (Sonst geht´s uns noch gut?)
Eigentlich eine Frechheit, dass solche Shops bei Google immer noch ganz oben angezeigt werden.
Definitiv KEINE Kaufempfehlung!

I ordered three items and when the package came, none of the items were correct (not even close). I emailed them pictures of the incorrect items and they offered me half of a refund because they do not provide return labels!? I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Such a scam.

Ootdmw deserves a less than 0 rating. They’re brazen scammers. DO NOT, I REPEAT’ DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I ordered two dresses. After several delays, they sent me two poor quality cheap looking dresses in different styles and colors from what I ordered. I could not understand the relationship between what I ordered and what I received. When I queried it, they offered me the option of a 40% refund or return to an address in china all costs to be borne by me. I think they use designs they do not have on their website to attract buyers. I took the option of the refund, because when I took the dresses to the post office, the cost of postage was almost $100.

But I placed two orders last month, only refunded one order, and forgot to refund the other order. I received the goods this month. Ich habe dort bestellt und nicht das richtige Produkt erhalten. Im Nachhinein wurde ich bezüglich der Retoure informiert, dass ich den vollen Geldbetrag niemals zurückbekommen kann, weil ich die Versandkosten nach China tragen muss. Für die Rückerstattung hätte das Produkt wieder in China an der angegeben Adresse ankommen müssen. In China ist das nach meinen Erfahrungen fraglich, weshalb ich mich für die Teilrückerstattung entschlossen habe, um überhaupt irgendetwas zurückzubekommen. Bestellt dort auf keinen Fall!!!

Umtausch/Rückgabe mit sehr hohen Kosten verbunden, da die Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten nach China geht. Wenn die Kleidung nicht passt oder gefällt verliert man viel Geld! Vorsicht!

This company is a SCAM!! Do not buy from them as they only want to steal your money. Their tracking system shows that my package was "delivered" but it's wrong. I never received the item. I sent their customer service a message asking them to issue a refund and they kept referring me back to their tracker showing "delivered", which again, was completely incorrect. I will be disputing the charge through my credit card company.

J'ai commandé un manteau, la photo était très alléchante, et j'ai reçu un bout de chiffon, absolument rien à voir avec la photo, une honte, une fois que vous avez reçu la commande, bizarrement vous ne pouvez plus vous connecter à votre compte, même en réanitialisant votre mot de passe, ils bloquent les gens, ils ne répondent pas aux e-mails, bref, tout est organisé et calculé de leur côté, fuyez fuyez ces gros arnaqueurs !!!

Es una ESTAFA. Los productos son de CALIDAD CERO. Ponen un precio y te aparecen después unos gastos de envío desorbitados y encima no te entregan el pedido si no pagas más gastos a correos...
Me ha costado el vestido 3 veces más del precio inicial y encima es HORRIBLE. NADA QUE VER CON LA FOTOGRAFÍA.
He solicitado la devolución del.pedido por la mala calidad y la mula relación calidad precio.... No me han respondido

Ordered an item that looked totally different to the photos once it arrived.

Their non-existent return policy involves emailing a photo of the item and providing a reason for your request to return it, which I did. I asked to return it for my money back due to it looking completely different.

They offered me about a 5% refund and to keep the item. This would be pointless as I would still be spending 95% of the cost of an item that I was not never going to wear. I opted to return the item for my money back.

I returned the item to the address they provided in the email, which cost me $15 in postage. I even printed out the email conversation and my order number and placed it inside the package to help them trace it to me.

This was now around 3 weeks ago. After around 15-20 emails back and forth they have refused to accept that they have received the package and are refusing to issue my refund. So essentially they have scammed me.

This is the first review I've ever written on Trustpilot, because I just wanted to make people aware so that they don't also get scammed by this company.

Horrible webshop. Item did not arrive at the inicated time. They sent an email it arrived in my country but the track and trace said it was in Shanghai. Customs made me pay 20% extra to get the ordered article across the border but so far nothing arrived after 15 days of waiting. Total scam.

Don't BUY FROM THEM! It took several weeks for the wrond dress to arrive, then they wanted me to pay to send it back. Then they wanted to try to get me to accept the wrong dress for a lower price. Then another dress arrived all stained and damaged. The 3rd dress never arrived. I have communicated with them more than 10 times and they still have not credited me my 80+ dollars nor have I recieved the proper item! HORRIBLE company!!!

Ich habe einen viel zu großen Blazer erhalten. Ärmel 15 cm zu lang! Seit 6.3.23 stehe ich mit der Firma in Verbindung. 9 Anfragen habe ich geschrieben. Die Rücksendeadresse wurde erst nach langem Hin und Her geschickt. Mir wurden 2 Optionen angeboten, wovon ich die 1. angenommen habe, weil die Rücksendung auch sehr teuer wird. Ich soll nochmals 27 Euro zahlen und erhalte den Blazer in meiner Größe. Aber wohin schicke ich das Geld und wer garantiert, dass ich den Blazer auch erhalte? Ich vermute, dass absichtlich keine klaren Anweisungen kommen. Zudem muss ich den englischen Text immer erst übersetzen. Auch eine Zumutung! Also Finger weg von der Firma! Ich revidiere meine Einschätzung erst nach einer ordentlichen Lösung des Problems!
