I bought Broforce around a year ago since the full game would be included once released. I didn't receive a key but rather a direct download with the first version of beta. By the way, Beta version cannot and should not be considered games. I have not received any beta updates and once the full game was released 2 weeks ago they did not provide me with the release or a key. The simply partially refunded me on 20% of the original value. I don't who's in charge there but surely something needs to change. You won't believe the answers and the logic they use. Customers will stay clear from their dodgy practices and it's only downhill from here on. I suggest to do the same to avoid disappointment and big frustrations.

Well your not getting your key right now, SO sit there and act like a baby.

I ordered fallout 4 a month prior people who ordered on the day got it yet I was still waiting. When I told him to send me key as I took a day off for it. That was his reply.

Avoid these guys there are MUCH BETTER cd key site!!!!!

I thought that OKS was going to be like other key websites with bad customer service. But boy I was wrong! The customer support is good and the keys came quick! Can't say anything wrong! Recommended.

Support => very BAD, I have written a support ticket, that ticket has not been read. that's why I have NOT received my refund!

They send me a wrong key (not the right game) and they "can't" refund me.

They just propose some credits for their shop...wow !!

habe ich trotzdem mal den OnlineKeyStore ausprobiert einmal als Käufer und einmal als Verkäufer.

Die Kaufabwicklung funktionierte super und direkt nach Bezahlungseingang( wie es auch üblich ist) bekam ich einen Link mit der Ware. ( Neu für mich: Man muss eine RAR Datei runterladen die ein Textdokument beinhaltet mit den gekauften keys.) Hatte 10 verschiedene Keys gekauft ( auch von anderen Herstellern) alle waren gültig und alles hat super funktioniert.

Faszinierend finde ich , dass sie sogar Random Origin Keys haben(welche viele online Stores nicht haben da sie sich auf Steam spezialisieren) wo man für einen kleinen Preis recht gute Spiele kriegt.
Ich hatte Glück und war am überlegen ob ich mir Battlefield 4 mittlerweile mal hole hatte aber mich dann aber für das 2 Origin Key paket entschieden wo ich dann einmal tatsächlich Battlefield 4 und einmal Need for Speed hot Pursuit gezogen habe.


Zum Verkaufen auf dieser Seite , Sie nimmt einen alles ab ihr müsst nur ein Angebot erstellen was das Produkt kosten soll und welches es ist , und dann müsst ihr euren Key / eure Keys in ein Eingabefeld eingeben ( Vorsicht es funktioniert nicht mit benutzten Keys da erscheint sofort die Meldung dieser Key ist ungültig) Die Keys werden automatisch versendet und ihr kriegt euer Geld ca. 1 Stunde nach Kauf , da das Geld erst an Onlinekeystore geht und dann eure Summe an euch.

Zum Support ich hatte anfangs ein paar Fragen wie ich meinen eigenen Store bei ihnen eröffne und so die Antwort kam innerhalb von 12 Stunden und hatte mir super geholfen ausserdem wurde ich gefragt ob ich noch weitere Fragen hätte und mir wurde eine Frage Antwort Formular zugesendet.

This site is incredibly rude and a terrible site. I only use it for Gamepyro which works well but their workers are pricks, (Sorry but they are) I hear people say they don't get codes which is true. They flat out refused to help me and banned two of my accounts! Issue a charge back on PayPal and stay away!

Bought a key for Mad Max (Steam) on September 2, my Paypal account was charged and still today on the 4th i still don't have my key or heard anything from the store, bad reviews get removed from their site and Facebook page and yesterday i put in a ticket on their ticket system and today i wanted to check on it and they temporarily closed my account on their website! I luckily paid through Paypal so i put in a dispute! Don't buy from this site, they are untrustworthy!

Ordered a CD-key off them that said (RUS), I tried to research if it would work in US too. Long story short, nothing on google explained it, nothing on their website did either. Bought it, it was what i feared (not available in US, and if caught using an IP-changer like their website says to, your steam account would be banned) didn't use it and asked for a refund. They said and I quote "LOL GET BAIT AND SWITCHED thanks for your $$$, GL with not getting banned on steam !" (Since they [Online key store] own and run this site, they won't allow me to say the real words they said, but it rhymes with paying for something and not receiving it)

I found many cheap games here. At first I was like "Oh. These prices are way too good. This must be a scam and not legit!" I purchased and the keys worked. Looking at mostly all the bad reviews below makes me think that common sense is lacking in these reviewers. You do have to have an ounce of tech savy to know how to put in cd keys into steam. Either way if you have half a brain you should have no problem using the service. - a man with common sense

These took my money, from the other hand they denied my request for the GTA activation key. And on top of that no notification no solution no nothing. Shame on you

I used to buy my keys through eBay but found the lack of customer service is complete rubbish I found about OKS through a friend and have had excellent customer service quick reliable
And always solving my tech issues

Where to start, first let me say I never had problems that I had recently in the past.

Recently I bought a copy of Final Fantasy ARR + HS Bundle, which Is the base game and expansion. The product I bought said "Global".

After I bought It, I had to wait a few days, usually I get the product key pretty fast.

When I got the key, It didn't work, and It turn out to be Europe key.

I contacted them and they told me to contact the offical game company website. So I did and that's how I found out It wasn't Global.

I replied back to onlinekeystore, and they told me they needed proof of my chat window, with the main company gm aka transcript.

Sadly at the time before they said this, I already finished chatting with a team member from the main company.

So next day I contact the main company to see If I can get a copy of my last transcript. Sadly they couldn't give me It and they have no ticket history ETC.

So onlinekeystory, won't give me my refund or replacement key, without proof.

I did copy the second converstion transcipt I had with the main comapny, and I give them that.

It's not been two days since then and now they seem be ignoring me.

I'm very un-happy, it's not the $35,00 I lost, It's the support I received, and they suppose to have 24/7 support, which Is big fat lie.

I bought the Xbox live subscription on 1st of July & when i activated i got the message as code is already been used. I sent a ticket (That is what they say in raising an issue) asking them to solve, they sent an email asking me to contact Xbox live stream. when i contacted xbox live stream I come to know the code was redeemed before 1st of July 2015 and they gave me the reference number (1295224349 ) to issue to the seller. When i sent, they are asking me a screen shot. This is a scam webstore & never buy on this webpage & waste your time & money. As i bought them through paypal, i already lodged a complaint & lodged the same complaint to Xbox live Australia team regarding this sales. I will never go through this website & please beware of this scammers. I have not seen such a webstore selling the used codes & riping people.

Purchased a key for GTA V. After first receiving a key that didn't work I started a claim with the company, they replied that they would contact their retailer first and then get back to me. After waiting for three days I received a message saying that they were sorry for the delay and would send out a new key that day... it's now two days later and I am still without a key! It's been almost a week since I purchased the key now and I'm still no closer to being able to play the game. Poor customer service to say the least!

Ich habe mir gestern 2x das "Steam Random Lottery Key x 10 Pack" für insgesamt ca. 10€ gekauft.
Natürlich habe ich keinen Packen von wahnsinnig guten AAA-Titeln sondern einfach eine kleine bunte Mischung "zufälliger" Indie Titel erwartet.
Nachdem ich 2x10 Stück gekauft hatte fiel mir auf, dass die Produkte in den Bundles inhaltsgleich sind.
Alles was man für den Preis erwirbt hat nichts mit einer zufälligen Auswahl an Spielen zu tun. Es handelt sich lediglich um ein Bundle in dem man nicht weiß was sich befindet. Im Endeffekt war es eine Ansammlung einiger Steam Spiele mit allesamt sehr schlechten Bewertungen.
Die Qualität der Spiele hätte mich nicht abgeschreckt, wenn ich nun nicht wissen würde, dass man mit dem Wort "Random" absichtlich hinters Licht geführt wird. Das Wort "Unknown" wäre besser, kommt wahrscheinlich beim Käufer jedoch nicht so gut an.
Auf meine Anfrage 1x Bundle zu widerrufen kam man mir nicht nach, man vertröstete mich stattdessen mit dem Satz (not designed to be bought in bulk) in der Produktbeschreibung.
Als ich meine Bewertung zu dem Bundle abgab (Konstruktiv meine Meinung dargelegt) wurde diese Bewertung selbstverständlich nicht akzeptiert. Mit diesem Unmut scheine ich nicht der einzige zu sein, die durchweg positiven und vermutlich gefakten 5-Sterne Bewertungen sind von anderen Nutzern deutlich negativer als positiv bewertet.
Auf vielen anderen Seiten bekomme ich Spielesammlungen mit besseren Spielen zu einem geringerem Preis.
Um diese Seite werde ich in Zukunft einen großen Bogen machen und kann abschließend nur jedem abraten hier einzukaufen.
