Ordered from the website, had my code instantly. No issues at all, much easier than other sites and a great deal cheaper.

This website is a fake. I have about 75 Euros to receive as refund and didn't get anything back on the 5 working days. It's going for 2 weeks already.

Funny thing they say it's detected fraud on your credit card, but they still discount the money and don't send you the keys.

Don't trust, don't buy. Use another website.

This site is very bad and delay

the first they said detecting fraud and ask me about ID and Passport
and take long time and work
i request refund and not get it complete.

Seriously, DO NOT BUY anything on this site if you want your key to be actually delivered.

I ordered an older game: Hearts of Iron 3 Collection. After the key was not delivered within 24 hours I contacted the support. They told me, the game was surprisingly out of stock and that I am offered a refund.

Of course I actually wanted to purchase the game so this is not an acceptable an reliable business. Very disapointing! Will NOT BUY AGAIN!

I bought Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition off this website, and after taking the 12 something dollars out of my account (The invoice said the game was only $9.02), said that they "detected fraud" whatever that means, and after sending them a support ticket they sent me a message saying that their service detected fraud and I have to send them proof. (Passport/Drivers License and Order ID, and a bill or something of the sort to prove I am not defrauding). After asking if I could have a refund they suspended my account and I have had money taken from me without anything in return. I will never buy from here again, from my experience they are just scammers.

Following my past positive experience, I decided to renew it by ordering Age of Empires HD edition with expansion on their site. After 26 hours, I still hadn't heard a word about my key, despite contacting support several times. Despite remaining courteous in my emails, the responses from their staff were rude, short, and lacking of detail. After requesting a refund, I was told I will receive it within 5 business days.
Today, still no refund in sight. Reopened a ticket last night about it, staff closed it rapidly stating "their systems show I've been refunded".

To OKS: your customers aren't stupid. If they tell you they haven't received something you promised, don't pretend it's their fault. I'll wait for a few hours for a response to my, yet again, reopened ticket.

I encourage anybody with difficulties getting a refund to deal directly with their Bank rather than even try with them. Useless. Just ask for a charge back, reason: fraudulent company.

Well, bought GTA V. I didn't notice, that this is no Steam Key, so i asked for a refund and if i can get the money back.
Without any further questions the support instantly took the game, not giving me the money back.
Then i needed to ask for the money, because as i said, some genius didn't give me the money.
After that, i finally got the 40€ back. Sadly not the way i paid. I got the money added to my account balance(i didn't ask for this).
So, i had to buy a russian key on this website. At least this worked.

Disappointed, not gonna buy here again.

UPDATE: Russian Key does'nt work properly either, Support does not offer a Refund

To the below customer, Your game had been sent and you had some missing DLC, It is then down to us to confirm this is true by doing this we ask all issues like this for TeamViewer 99% Comply and get new keys, if you have nothing to worry about what's the harm sounds to me you have something to hide my friend.

I bought hotline miami 2 digital special edition, and when i activated it, its was just the normal edition, okay it could a normal mistake, so i contacted their support and they didnt give me any solution, just to controll my personal computer by remote, i obviously said not. Then they said that they cant do nothing for me, no refund, no they i should have.

I encourage you to dont buy here, found another more serious key shop.

EDIT: And now they have disabled my usser account in their website hahaha what a company. To the man who wrotes the response, yes yes I let you have access to my computer and later i give you a copy of my house keys ;)

Dragon Age Inquisition ist nur auf englisch und da ich kein englisch kann ist das mehr als schlecht. In der beschreibung des Spiels ist auch deutsch aufgelistet weswegen ich es hier gekauft habe. Und dieses spiel ist ein RPG wo viel gesprochen wird und man auch viel lesen muss. wenn ich nichts verstehe brauche ich nicht spielen und so mit ist mein geld weg! Mit sprachpaketen funktioniert es auch nicht. habe es 8 stunden probiert .NUR ENGLISCH

I really like OKS, their prices are fair and they have an excellent service. Me and my friends use this site a lot and we have very positive experiences with it.

I have used OKS many times in the past to buy game keys for the PC. The last game I purchased was Titanfall for £7.25 which was a full £8 cheaper than on Origins own site.
Once you get over the trepidation of buying a serial 'key' the whole process is simplicity itself. I paid with PayPal which made the whole thing so simple for me and only recently, I have purchased a key for Battlefield Hardline for £27. This is a full £22 cheaper than Origin and even today with the Origin sale starting, this game is still £39.99 for the same key that OKS will supply me.

Take a chance, you won't regret it.

I have bought about 70-80% of all my games using OnlineKeyStore and I have never had any major trouble with their service and/or orders. They are always the cheapest place to buy games.

I even bought a game once, which I couldn't activate through steam (because it was somehow already activated), and even then their support helped me out and I got a new key for the same product within 10 minutes of tech support.

Bought a Serial (Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed CD KEY (STEAM)) and didn't get it within some hours. So I wrote to the support and only got an answer few minutes later that keys out of stock. So no Problem for me, that can happen, I just wanted a refund to my OKS account which was done in only further minutes.
So, great support from my point of view!!

I've also purchased other Games in the past and I was always happy with the service!!!
