The onlinekeystore is the best game key store i have ever used. I ordered Metal gear solid v phantom pain and key arrived instantly. The key was working. Support team is also best. They are really cooperative. Trust them and you will never regret. They also have discounts on all gaming titles. I want to thanks onlinekeystore for the key.

Tried to purchase a game, payment went through in seconds, but the order was marked as "Detected fraud". Not a funny moment. After an overwhelming and ridiculous verification process (Passport photo plus an electricity bill) and a few hours, the order was put on hold.

Tried opening a ticket but it was closed down. Contacted the alleged CEO (in the UK despite the company office is in Singapore), and he told me it would be sorted as soon as possible.

Day goes by, I wake up, no key. I contact them again. No reply.

23.50 minutes after the order is placed, and respecting their 24h policy to the letter, a refund is done to my PayPal account, all tickets are closed, order cancelled, no communication whatsoever.

Really, stay away from these guys.

I used the site to sell clearance stock - all stock sold - no payout after eight months. Support tell you to contact the owner. The site is registered to a holding address in Singapore.

The owner does not respond to emails or on Skype. If you sell games on the site then you will lose your stock and lose your money. They do NOT payout.

This company does not respect user privacy and demands personal info for no reason. Assumes buyers are always wrong and will not provide products in a timely or reasonable manner. Avoid.

bought just cause 3, did not receive the key instantly but after few hours, working great, whenever i had a problem the guy on skype guided me step by step and the install and playing was perfect....definitely recommend it and i m buying a lot more games from here...

Owner of this site didnt payout 7000 euros to me which I generated by selling my own games to his customers on the site. He deleted me from Skype + stole all my remaining stock ( around 1000-1500 euros worth of stock)

He is reported to UK goverment for this + I reported him for tax evasion considering he doesnt pay VAT when EU customers buy from him.

Most of the Trustpilot reviews are fabricated and owner is giving free games to customers that give 5* rating. Just list it and you will see, he got 150 reviews on 1 day.

Avoid this store at all costs, even if you are buyer, most of the games you buy are stolen from some poor individual sellers that trusted owner.

Please be careful with this company they stole my money almost 2K euro, The owner is not answer and the support is extremely sucks. Please Do Not Buy from them. all the bad story you see here they all true, they stole Money not only from me.

This is the worst site ever.
I sold many keys on this store . at first the owner was being such a nice person and helped me out with the stuff on how to get things going and start selling.
Then I started selling keys on their store and the minimum payout was 300 euros , But i sold more keys and made up to 769 euros and asked for a payout.
The owner of the site stopped replying to me on Skype and ignored all my emails.
And after a few days he writes me back and says the keys were not working and all the stuff and customer had complaints , but i bet none of the customers had any problem with the keys i sold.
That is absolutely ridiculous and they are lying for sure.
Never trust this site and buy or sell keys.

Ordered a XCOM2 key which is advertised with "Instant Sending", I did receive the key but only 25 hours later. I ordered this key online to be able to play the game as quickly as possible and the "Instant Sending" was the reason to order it here, ordering by mail would even be faster in this case.

I ordered several other games with them and they always do deliver, but very frustrated this time about the misleading "Instant Sending".

They do not want to withdraw my money from big time

Actually i am a mad on various games. Eventually my mind looking for some new games. When i found it i was very happy for there gaming collections and price. All stuffs was helpful to me when i contact with them. all keys are working. I am very happy with it.

I want to be a good mother so i always try to make happy my kids. They are always busy on game. I also take part with them. So many after many days i found it. All games are most favorite to my child. And new versions are available and key words are working.

Nice people and excellent stuff. Very good communications with me. All are very active. Solid order delivery.

Ich habe Assassins Creed Syndicate bei OnlineKeyStore erworben. Bezahlt habe ich über Giropay bzw. die Seite meiner Bank selbst. Das Geld wurde natürlich auch umgehend abgebucht.
Nach 5 Stunden warten war der Key immer noch nicht ausgeliefert und auf der Seite wurde mir unter Bestellungen "Feud detected" angezeigt. Darauf hin schrieb ich den Support an der nach weiteren zwei Stunden warten auch antwortete mit der Aussage das ich in ein automatisches Anti-Betrugs Programm gerutscht wäre. Ich sollte meinen Personalausweis nebst einem Dokument welches meinen aktuellen Wohnort bestätigt Fotografieren und ihnen als Bild zu kommen lassen. Obwohl die Zahlung wie gesagt über meine eigene Bank abgewickelt wurde. Bevor ich dieser an sich schon verdammt frechen Aufforderung nachkommen konnte ergänzte der Keyshop das Support-Ticket um die Aussage das meine Bestellung jetzt bearbeitet wird und schloss damit meine Support anfrage.
Nach einem weiteren Tag warten steht der Status meiner Bestellung weiterhin auf "Processed" und ich habe meinen Produkt-Key immer noch nicht erhalten. Auch auf ein weiteres von mir eröffnetes Support-Ticket wird nicht reagiert.

Fazit:
Wer seinen Key sofort und ohne Ärger erhalten will der sollte sich nicht von dem fancy Design der Webseite beeindrucken lassen und lieber bei einem anderen Mitbewerber kaufen.

Pero hoy me encuentro con que me han bloqueado de la página, así que no puedo acceder al área de soporte, ni revisar el número de pedido del producto que compré. Esto me huele a estafa. Ya abrí una reclamación de paypal para recibir mi dinero de vuelta. ¡No compren en este sitio! ¡No es seguro!

Blocked my balance ( few hundreds of euros ) from their website and I can't purchase anything anymore.They keep refusing to withdraw stating problems with their old PayPal account (from my understanding PayPal locked one of the accounts and thus they won't pay anyone holding money in the locked account.

Edit: OnlineKeyStore replied telling it's a lie and I guess we can all see the professionalism in this, instead of asking my account to try and solve the issue they accuse me of lying and probably the other hundreds of negative reviews and youtube videos.
I can even show the screenshots with the tickets I had with them and how they were ignored all the time after I ask about the withdraw and how they blocked my balance for being used on their site for buying other games after I managed to buy 2 games.

The guys at OKS actually never displayed any rude or poor customer service, there replies are often convenient and reliable. There are loads of problems though with many payment gateways especially paypal and skirll where payment being taken then order status shows failed. I sent to them multiple tickets that this is not the first time and they just apologize, request a transaction screenshot and then they send the keys. Aside from that, I find their service excellent.

I have not received my game and my account is temporarily disabled for no reason!!!

Do not cooperate with the OKS, the biggest scammers on the Internet. I sold the game to them and will not payout my money. Support tickets just close unanswered, Shane ignored e-mails, and after a while just delete ticket. 6 months been writing everyone and I'm looking for my money, but in vain. And as for the purchase of keys, 5 key 3 incorrect.
