Worst experience of my life, 1 week to get a pirated key which obviously isn't working.

Suport desk never answers you tickets.

People stay away from them, I really have no clue how this website is still in business.

Ordered 2 keys and has not arrived in 2 days. They closed my support claim ticket without even replying as to why the keys have not arrived. Do not waste your time and purchase elsewhere. Slow delivery in the past purchases I have made. Extremely disappointing.

False advertising! Bought a game - Payment went through but Serial never arrived.

When I opened a support ticket they lied by saying it takes 24 hours to verify my order (after charging me???). They closed the ticket. 48 hours later, I opened the ticket again.

Instead of fulfilling the order that they charged me for 48 hours ago, they reluctantly refunded my order saying the serial I ordered was out of stock - WTH? From what i gather, they only start shopping for inventory AFTER they receive an order. Strange for an E-commerce site that sells digital merchandise.

Oh well - I'll only use Steam or Origin from now on...

Es gab NIE eine Beanstandung, sondern alle Keys waren LEGAL und mit Rechnung gekauft worden.

Nachdem ich über 370€ auf meinem OKS Konto hatte, wollte ich das Geld auszahlen lassen.
Leider ohne Erfolg. Nachdem ich den Support angeschrieben habe, wie lange es dauern würde bis ich mein Geld ausgezahlt bekomme, wurde mir eine Email Adresse genannt an die ich mich wenden soll.

Dort bekomme ich Aber keine Antwort. Jetzt warte ich seit über 3 Monaten auf mein Geld.

UPDATE: Jetzt sind es bereits über 18 Monate. Kaufen sie dort keine Keys und VERKAUFEN sie keine...

Une arnaque pure et dure, j'achète dark souls 2 via neteller au prix de 18,99 eur. Lors du paiement on m'indique que je paye 18,98... Alors pour 1 cent près je me dit qu'il n'y a pas de problème, sauf qu'en fait si, aucune réponse de la part du support, ils ont bien pris mon argent je le confirme, mais aucune trace de mon jeu...

ik heb f1 2016 gekocht voor 22 euro, en heb de key binnen gekregen maar als ik hem invul op steam zegt ie dat de key ongeldig is.
De levering van de key duurt ook lang en de site doet het 9 van de 10 keer gewoon niet

Got the game, but it took it's goddamn time. Pretty much any other steam key resaler will give you the key instantly, I had to wait hours. The way they give you the keys makes it more difficult than it should be. Don't bother.

Escroc, j'ai acheté un jeu avec PayPal et la key ne marchait pas sur steam "invalid key" donc une fausse clef.
Le site m'a fais attendre 1 semaine sans réel réponse, je contacte donc par mail le service. Il me promettent un remboursement et j'attend donc encore plusieurs jours, aucune réponse.
J'avais déjà acheté 3 jeux sans problème sur OKS, mais je sais qu'ils sous-traitent avec d'autres sociétés, et si la clef du jeu que vous voulez ne marche pas, vous vous faites avoir.
Passez votre chemin, leur mode économique n'est pas droit.

Je n'ai jamais récupérer la somme du jeu que j'ai "voulu" acheté.

I am victim too now , Bad website , Liar website , I have sold some keys ( windows keys ) and , Now I cant withdraw money from website , I have no one mistake , I waiting for payout for month , And I sure I dont will get money , So I'm sharing my experience everywhere I can., Do not buy from them and , Dont sell in website , Dont be seller in website . Bought the game Battlefield 1 on friday the 17th. Paid 44,38 euro and received an invalid key. The response of their support was to contact EA helpdesk, I tought that was a bit odd. I receive an invalid key, but I have to figure out what's going on? I told them to do it. he did and and said;"After a lenghty conversation the EA helpdesk could confirm that the key was invalid". I thought it would be done now and get a new key, but no.. I'd already sent several screenshots of the being invalid and that the game wasn't in my in my Origin library. First it was fine, then I wasn't good enough. Started to get pretty mad.. I received an invalid key and somehow I was the one that was in the wrong, HELLO!!!
EA could confirm that the key was invalid, they are the one that distribute the game, they would know, don't you think?
On a sidenote, bought Secret World a couple of years from them. Stopped playing it after a while. reinstalled it not so long a ago and saw that my account was banned.
Buy your games here and you'll never know if you actually receive the game and if it will last. Don't waste your money here.

Habe 3 Jahre lang gut und günstig bei OKS eingekauft. Seit Januar 2016 nicht eine Bestellung mehr erhalten. Jedesmal heisst es irgendwann sorry zu wenig Keys erhalten und dann Gutschrift auf Wallet, weil es angeblich nicht möglich ist, das Geld wieder auf die KK zurück zu überweisen.
Selber zurückordern kann ich auch nicht mehr, weil es dafür zu spät ist. Beim erstenmal dachte ich, nach Jahren guter Erfahrung, kann ja mal passieren, und hab natürlich nicht über meine Bank zurückgeordert.
Nun liegen 40 € bei OKS und ich versuche seit Januar irgendwie einen Gegenwert dafür zu erhalten.

Asi que ahora tocará bloquear el pago en el banco.

Compré hace años en esta tienda online, pero es la última vez que lo hago. Si no quieres perder dinero y tirarlo a la basura "huye!! como alma que se lleva el diablo!!".

It´s possible you get your key and all is good but another day you get a used key and you don´t get your money back without a lawyer. No respect for customers.
