I found out about this website overlooking on the Internet for State of Decay Code for Steam. Every-time I click on a link to there website. I get this info: Error 108 Acess Denied. What happened?. The Owner of the website has banned. your IP address (71.208.38.158). Always makes me go what the heck man.

I love this Company, its the best, i strongly recommend you folks to buy games on this website,The transaction was successful,it was great,I bought DBD ,i'll buy more games in the future from you guys :)

Just ordered a key process went threw I had $70CAD ordered a game which was in USD money came out of my paypal as well as my visa did not get the key nor did I receive a response from the support team contacted them on skype and would seem that they blocked my skype so I cant message them anymore.

Unfortunately I came away from some sites that appeared to rate OnlineKeyStore highly, but I have since confirmed that they have degenerated into a scam organisation. I simply bought a digital key for Planet Coaster for PC for AUD$47.81 through PayPal after which they confirmed that the transaction went through. Thinking the delivery of the key was immediate I searched my account to then find that the transaction had a "Detected Fraud" label attached.

This is how the conversation went:

Initial enquiry from me:
This is my first order that was successfully completed through PayPal which has excellent security. I have attached a copy of the receipt you have sent to my email. What now?

1 hr later I added:
I'm not too sure how this has happened. You have my money (confirmed through PayPal) so logically you send me the key?

Their response (9 hours later):
Sorry for the delay here, Your order is now being processed and will be with you very soon. If you require anything else please re-open this ticket and we will be happy to address any issues you have.

Followed 40 minutes later:
We have refunded your item, this should show in your account instantly but if it hasn't please allow up to 5 working days.

From the original AUD$47.81 they refunded AUD$29.99

My response:
This is not a refund.
I paid $47.81 you "refunded" me $29.99. Why have you done this when there was no issue with the transaction and I did not ask for a refund?

There response has been silence.

So this partial refund somewhat appeases the situation and puts them in a semi-decent light with Paypal as they can challenge that it comprises an admin fee.

Of course this is all rubbish and even though it's not a huge amount I'm sure it all adds up when they inflict this upon multiple customers.

Bought 2 games, first time I got the game instantly and key worked fine. Second time I don't receive the key before the day after I order it, in the mean time before I receive the game I ticket for a refund which they answer after delivering my key:

Finger weg von diesem Händler!

Ich habe bei OKS einen Key zum Preis von 38,69 € gekauft. Tatsächlich wurde mir jedoch von G2A.com der Betrag von 39,93 € in Rechnung gestellt.

Auf meine Bitte (Ticket) auf Erstattung des des Differenzbetrags von 1,24 € erhielt ich lediglich die Antwort dass ich den Key bei ihnen über das Gateway von G2A gekauft hätte und sie den Fehlbetrag nicht bekommen haben. Deshalb müsse ich mit G2A reden um mein Geld zurück zu bekommen.

Obwohl der Betrag sehr klein ist ist dieses Verhalten nicht akzeptabel und ich werde OKS nie wieder verwenden. Ausserdem müssen potentielle Kunden vor diesem Händler gewarnt werden.

Ordered a STEAM key. Got it quite fast but the key was invalid.
After repeatedly contacting support for a refund, creating tickets and providing the requested screenshots and evidence they stopped replying to the tickets.
It's been two months now and i still don't have my money back.

Bought 2 games got 1 key? (i change this if the sopport gave me the other one)

They used to be alright, but have taken a major nosedive. I ordered a key from them yesterday and the order got stuck in Processed due to being out of stock(which wasn't listed on the store page). I filed a support ticket and it took them a day to respond. Ends up they're now flipping keys from G2A and my money went over there instead, so despite them saying I will get a refund I don't know if I actually will get one or not. I might even be out money due to the Paypal processing fee.

Ich habe bei Onlinekeystore ein Spiel gekauft, bevor es erschienen war. Nach einiger Zeit war das Spiel aus meiner Liste verschwunden. Ich habe eine Quittung eingereicht. Im Gegenzug verlangte die Firma einen Zahlungsnachweis. Nachdem ich auch diesen geliefert habe, kam der Kommentar.. Das Spiel ist nicht im System, ihre Belege könnten auch Betrug sein.

Eine absolute Frechheit und Diebstahlö leider sitzt die Firma nicht in Deutschland.

Horrible site, very untrustworthy!

Terrible seller. Purchased key and didn't receive it. Sent followup email asking for a refund. Only then did I receive the key. By then I had already purchased elsewhere. They then said the key wouldn't be refunded. 0/10. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Won't use again.

At 22-09 I ordered a game. Didnt receive te key. Somehow there was written by my order that there was detected fraud.
I sended a ticket regarding this.
At 23-09-17: Well the order has been handled.
And as a download i got the steam programm...no key

The first game I ordered at OnlineKeyStore was out of stock, or no longer available for the price it was advertised at.
So I never received a key, the automatic refund didn't go through either. Only after contacting support did I get a refund and then only as store credit, which is really less than ideal for an issue that is entirely their fault.

With the second game I ordered the experience was much better, I received the code 10 minutes after completing check-out, and it could be redeemed on steam without a problem.

So yeah your mileage may vary.
If you find a good deal on the site, it might be worth it to give it a shot.

I have successfully bought 3 games there.
Game #1 ... I waited several hours for the Steam key, then i got the key, it worked fine.
Game #2 ... The payment screen did not show all payment methods. Then the payment screen got stuck while payment was in progress. It told me the order is processed. The key did not arrive for 2 days. I issued a claim and got money back immediately. I ordered the game again and received Steam key soon. It worked fine.
Game #3 ... I waited two hours for the Steam key, then i got the key, it worked fine.
The games here are cheap, no scam, but sometimes there are technical issues.

Ordered COD 5 from them for pc about a month ago and apparantely the order never went through despite me being charged from my paypal for it.

A month later and still no product, refund or response from them even once i rang then up through G2A games and when i opened a paypal case.

Paypal case is still ongoing but heard nothing from them so far
