Quick account setting and wonderful after service support
Setting up an account was such a breeze but what made it more wonderful and is the after service support.
I had to amend our names due to typo issues and we were able to get it sorted just over a chat. Liam G was really helpful and sorted out my issues in just few minutes.
Moving in is so much stressful and having this company help with much of the admin stuff is beyond amazing.

Exceptional service
Rang today to cancel my package due to moving. The wait time was longer than advertised so a little frustrating. I ecentually got through to Joshua Branley who was extremely effective and made the rest of the process very easy and streamlined for me. Top marks for that man on his customer service. On that alone i would reccomend this company.

Was called by Beth Crinnion to inform me about the premium unlimited energy plan I was able to get as i’m moving house, It definitely seemed to good to be true at first but Beth offered reassurance and answered all of my many questions. I was skeptical at first but Beth had was very understanding and patient with me while she confirmed which company she was from. Very simple set up and Beth handled everything quickly and efficiently and to top it off she informed me they would handle all the logistics! I was very surprised it was only her 3rd day! Could not recommend this plan more especially with the tensions going on in the world at the minute. Received bills from SWW and EON by error
I received bills from water and electricity company despite having unlimited contract- so I called One Utility, spoke with Liam G who was very kind and helpful; explained that it sometimes happens but they will sort it and I don’t have to worry, just upload the letters.

Absolutely appalled by the customer…
Absolutely appalled by the customer service. We were told our broadband services would be included in our utility package so we cancelled with another company. Then late Friday night (move in set up for Monday) we were told broadband services were not available for our area. This left us scrambling and because I work from home that would mean no internet for 2 weeks which is a no-go. I work for a Canadian company and work late hours so can’t go to a public space.
I spoke with Erica and was assured we could have a complementary 4G router delivered until our new provider could set up the broadband services.
Monday came and I was then told it would not be delivered until Tuesday
Then it didn’t come Tuesday and I was told it would come on Wednesday.
I missed two important work meetings due to no wifi.
Wednesday came and we got a notification 20 mins before delivery that the router would be delivered
Due to the late notice we were out of the house at the time.
The delivery was then rescheduled for tomorrow with no phone number to call back.
We’ve had no compensation for this at all. We still have our other utilities with this company. They truly do not care about their customers and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Practically in tears and they don’t care or call you back.

We are sorry for the distress and disruption this situation has caused you, especially given the impact on your work commitments and missed meetings.
To explain what happened on our end: we keep a limited stock of emergency 4G routers in our office to help customers in urgent need. Because these units are reused, our team must thoroughly test and inspect each one to guarantee it is fully functional before it is dispatched to another customer. In this instance, an internal delay occurred during that testing process, which led to missed delivery timelines. Again, we sincerely apologise for this breakdown in our service.
According to our tracking updates, the 4G router was successfully delivered to a neighbour this morning, so you should be able to collect it and get back online today and locate this via the DPD tracking.
We fully acknowledge the inconvenience, stress, and missed work you experienced, as well as the need to discuss compensation for this issue. If you would like to raise a complaint, please reach out at complaints@oneutilitybill.co.
