Updating Household numbers
I had to update my package from 3 people in a household to 2. Tim was absolutely fantastic. Efficiency and prompt actions at its best. He didn't even leave me on the line whilst dealing with the tech issues on the system so said he would call back and he did. Thanks ever so much again.

I had a great experience on the phone with Dominic getting my account set up, monthly cost works out slightly more than if done through the companies separately but I run a strict budget and having all utilities coming out as one payment set at the same price for 2 years has put my mind at ease.

Absolutely excellent
Absolutely excellent! Moving house, sorting bills, taking meter readings can be very stressful - using One Utility Bill has lifted a heavy burden.
The staff have been very friendly and helpful since the beginning, they’ve answered questions and they respond quickly.
Highly recommend if you’re moving and want to take the stress out of sorting the utility bills.
