Dan the customer service agent has been excellent with my queries. I work during the weeks and I am quite busy, but Dan has been emailing following up and communicating for me with the broadband provider. Although the issue is not yet solved, Dan has been amazing. 10/10 customer service!!!!!

It was easy once they had set everything set up to have everything in one place hence the two starts. However, leaving One Utility has proved to be a bit of a nightmare.

My contract with One Utility Bill ended on 18 April. I am owed a refund from my fixed energy rate as I used only half of my allowance, but nearly six months later, I still haven't received my final bill. When I got in touch, I was just told they are waiting on suppliers.

However six months is not acceptable. I have now raised a formal complaint and will take this to the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman if it isn’t sorted soon.

Spoke to Dan M this morning about a couple of queries regarding our account, he answered our questions in a polite and professional manner and helped us to understand. Thanks Dan!

Me and my housemates had to call recently about a change to our plan - I spoke to an Advisor called Brian and I was genuinely happily surprised at how understanding and helpful he was over the phone, he completely did his best to help us with the problem, which in a time when companies rarely care about more than lining their pockets, was incredible customer support. I had a lovely call with a guy named Beliate. He was super helpful, so friendly and helped me understand everything before deciding what offer I was going to go for. He was informative and managed to make an extremely overwhelming situation calm and smooth. I hope he gets the praise he deserves after this review because honestly I can’t fault him at all.

Love the fact you can have multiple services at the same time so it’s just one bill, very simple and no hassle also no unexpected bills.

I signed up for One Utility Bill as recommended by the Just Move In team. After doing further research I decided to cancel the package due to its overly high price, still within the 14-day cooling off period. However, you cannot cancel online and must phone to do so. I knew that during the call they would try to convince me to stay with various benefits, but did not expect it to take so long and to be such an unpleasant experience. While they did not call me stupid directly, they did imply it by continually saying that "it would be a smart thing to do" to hear them out and consider my options, in response to anything I'd said. When I said that I already signed up for an alternative service, I was told I can similarly call that service and cancel their subscription instead. When my partner saw me get visibly frustrated, he took over the call, but his time was similarly wasted with unceasing attempts to negotiate. Both of us have cancelled other services over phone previously and we know that they will try to negotiate, but it has never been so frustrating before. I would not trust a company that employs such pushy and borderline insulting tactics to keep your business.

The team has been extremely helpful and responsive setting up our accounts and handling our queries, I highly recommend this service !

I had a really positive experience with Katie. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient throughout the whole process.

Katie helped me sort out some issues with my broadband, found me a new provider, and also helped me resolve some problems with my cashback online. She made everything feel so much easier and was always patient and professional.

I spoke with Laura Leonard, first through online chat and then she arranged to call me at a time convenient to me. Laura called me on time and was very friendly, patient and answered all of my questions. Laura even gave me her direct dial in case any other household members had any queries. Once I was ready to proceed, Laura kindly guided me through the process through message and email, and offered to ring me if necessary - she was always on the other end of the phone and would respond within seconds. Laura's customer service was amazing, which is one of the main reasons I chose to go with One Utility. I cannot fault her and hope she gets some well deserved recognition!
