I have been using Oneflare as a business owner for a few years. This is by far the best platform to get good-quality leads from. The app is super easy to use. This is also my go-to app if I need services in all categories. Thank you Oneflare.

For six months membership you will get 0 job.
I recommend you not to use this service and waste your money.

Plumber tip off Paid $650 to have a kitchen sink in…

Paid $650 to have a kitchen sink in blocked plumber here for no more that 45 minutes out the snake done thr drain and 2 bottles of hydrocloric acid down thr drain still blocked told to poor Keyes of boiling water down the drain to help move the boclgabe. Plumber came back 3 days later used another bottle of acid styli. Blocke and now my external drain plped are warpedi dare say they excessive use of acid .. were pentioners and can’t afford another plumber I’m at my wits end a disgraceful service unethical
Steer clear of this business who fail to help we’re seeing the ombudsman if they fail to rectify .. or refund

Oneflare will not help you. BEWARE

I engaged a landscaper with reasonable reviews. He came and quoted. He asked for a 50% deposit which I sent him. He then made up all sorts of excuses and never came. I then saw that subsequently he’d done the same thing to three others!! Oneflare suspended his use. I went to the cops who said it was a civil matter unless I could prove a pattern of deceitful fraud. I asked Oneflare to pass on MY contact details to the other three people who had similarly been robbed. Oneflare said that was a breach of privacy!?! It’s my info! Then Oneflare write to me to say they would cooperate with law enforcement if approached. I went to the cops and they kindly contacted Oneflare. Oneflare refused to cooperate unless there was a subpoena. You call that cooperation? I call that pathetic practice and NO regard for the burnt consumer. You have no protection from Oneflare, ok, but they should act DECENTLY and pass on MY details. The privacy line is codswallop. And now, in their reply they say they cooperated with the police enquiry. Nope again. As the cop told me. They were no help whatsoever. They did not pass on the names of the other three who were burnt and would not do so without a subpoena. But get this: they hide behind the corporate “privacy” facade. There is NO legal reason that they can’t provide MY details to the other three suckers who were robbed. Oneflare are more interested in fuss free, no issues management. This is too much of a hassle for them. Beware users of Oneflare … they will never help you. Think of them as the old fashioned yellow pages. They are nothing more than that. You are at the mercy of any shyster who quotes you.

scam and unethical business

First time in my life i take the time to write a review online, but these scammers really deserve it. They get you with a lock-in contract and then most of the leads they provide are not only expensive but most of them are fake or not valuable at all. they charged me $200 per month on a 6 month lock in contract for a bunch of terrible quality cheap leads. A complete waste of time and money. I can't understand how are they still in business... worst experience i have ever, and of course they didn't provide any help, assistance or refund... on top of that, the customer service is terrible and they were extremely rude.

This site is a scam

This site is a scam , i took $100 package to test. I have quoted on 7 jobs not 1 message or reply. I've messaged on oneflare , text message and even tried to call customers. Not 1 answer or reply.

$100 flung down the drain.

I dont believe they are genuine customers at all.

I removed the automatic top up so i could cancel this site. But to my horror they just took another $100 out of my account. I have now had to raise a duspute with the bank , cancel my bank card so they cant take any more money. Its an absolute joke.
DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE ME
!!!AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

At first I thought they would be ok in…

At first I thought they would be ok in providing quality jobs but it turned to be the other way around after signing me in , I noticed the money was deducting from my account and the job list was all the left over from other people who already completed and came to my list , just by talking to those customers it allowed me to recognise how dodgy this company is in terms of taking people’s money
And the term used for full refund is totally an excuse , you won’t get nothing back in return
Just try to make your own website with photo and info use google to advertise you make better money

Small business owners BEWARE!

As a business owner I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business else where.
1. When you need to speak with someone, they put you through to people who do not know what they are doing just to then be told the people that can actually help will not be in for another 2 hours after they open.
2. They make it extremely difficult to receive a refund and half the time they claim the customer did all the right things even if they did not contact you or respond to any contact you made.
3. There are many companies that charge a yearly sub with unlimited quoting and that is where we will be taking our business now that we see half the leads are misleading or fake through Oneflare.

Non Existent Customer Support if things go wrong

Careless and non existent customer support. When coming across rude, abisuve or misleading tradesman, you will not get any support or aknowledgement or care from the support. In fact there is no customer support should something go wrong. This is an unregulated service. Avoid. I came across a tradesman who stood me up, and then started sending me abusive texts. After reporting them to their support, i heard nothing back. Even after following them up.

Very happy with the work done

Jason and Michael from Noble Roof Restoration and Repairs called in this morning to quote for a job involving roof leaks and damage under eaves. I was very happy with the quote, so they did both jobs there and then. I was glad to see they cleaned up well afterwards too.
I would definitely use them again if needed.

Fake leads and invalid contacts

Have been with Oneflare for a few years and it gets worse every year. A world of promises and up-selling subscriptions but no results! Downgraded to pay-as-you-go but still a lot of fake enquiries, invalid contacts, non-responsive leads who don't exist to see your quote while you gotta pay for every and each lead!

Refunds advertised are total B.S as they always come up with all the excuses not to give your money back!!

In short, it's just another online CON don't fall for it if your money doesn't grow on trees!

What a rubbish website. Doesn't allow you to post your feedback unless you change it to 3 stars or above! Totally protecting the tiler who did a bad job and I can't warn other people!

I paid money for work not completed

I paid money for work not completed. Communication was appalling and only occurred once Support was contacted. Despite clear evidence of money I paid not being used for services at my property, no reimbursement has occurred. Research into ABN indicates many short term businesses. I could not speak more negatively about my experience. Appalling and very distressing.
