ONEFLARE, ONE BIG HEADACHE

ONEFLARE, ONE BIG HEADACHE Do not join this firm because there is no customer support if something goes wrong. I started last month as a business. Ben called me after I purchased a $299 monthly subscription for only 10 leads in my industry, indicating that the contract was not worth it. Each job costs up to $150 per quote. I phoned him twice to stop my credit card and informed him that I would not be continuing with the service.
After that, I was charged $299 again. Oneflare, I urgently need you to reimburse my payment. Ben and Aaron are not taking my calls. I tried calling this company, but they never returned my call. I am the type of person who rarely leaves a negative or positive review for any firm. Roman

I hired a business through Oneflare…

I hired a business through Oneflare recently. The man drilled through my plumbing causing a major leak then left my job site. He called to say he cannot do the job. He then broke into my house when I was not home to get the tools he left after I said he can come with his plumber when he comes to fix it to get his tools.

Now I made this review on the business page one Oneflare and this was their response.

" Reza was the most unprofessional Tradie I have ever dealt with in my life. He advised he could compete my job in a week if I had everything complete ready for him to start on Monday morning. I paid a premium price for a plumber to do a rough in on Sunday for him only to complete a couple of hours of work on Monday prior to drilling through the plumbing causing a major leak. He left my property at 2pm after plumbers quoted him $1000 as he was stressed. He text me to say “do not switch on the water” called the next day to advise he could no longer complete my job. I asked Reza not to come back to my property until I was home to get his tools that he left inside the bathroom. He broke into my house when I was not home and collected his tools. EVERYONE BEWARE OF THIS MAN!! He has made me feel uneasy in my own home. "


How is that fair for other people when you cannot even leave an honest review. Will never use this platform again.

Have spend over 300 dollars for leads…

Have spend over 300 dollars for leads and haven't even been able even supply a quote on the works . Only 10 leads in my industry not worth the contract . Each job is up to $60 a quote . Stay away

This company has really gone down hill…

This company has really gone down hill of late.
Since airtasker took over really.
The leads are now just under $100 aud for an average painting enquiry????????
W T F ?????

Even with over 30years sales experience...this is way too high for a possibility of talking with someone.

They have changed the refund policy so you are like a begger now begging for scraps when the lead does not respond.
There is no service for the users and they constantly are dishonest and not transparent about the number of businesses that they give a lead to.
They promise that only the first 3 businesses will have the opportunity to quote..THIS IS NOT TRUE as MANY of the people I see tell me they have had 7 or 8 companies calling them????
Once again ONEFLARE will claim to know nothing about this.

Quite sad really as they had potential at one time -- mind you..that was over 3years ago.

I feel it the end for our relationship 💔

Ahh well.. I'm sure another dodgy company will pop up fast enough to replace them

Great customer service

To any trade business out there contemplating using Oneflare “go for it!”

Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Ash is just amazing!

I want to express my gratitude to Ash Bucinskas. She always knows what is happening and along with her knowledge comes a great and friendly attitude towards the client. Apart from her technical efficiency, it is always a pleasure to be in touch with her not just because of the certainty that any problem will be resolved quickly, but because she will do it with a smile on her face. Oneflare is an honest and ethical…

Oneflare is an honest and ethical company. They mean what they say and say what they do. If you need to change plans they do it, no questions. If you need assistance with your account the customer service is first rate. The website is excellant in terms of lead managment. This company has been a game changer for me in terms of the number of good quality leads. Highly recommend them.

Fred is very professional

Fred is very professional, very patient, extremely helpful and one of the best Account Managers. He is very responsive and proactive over the emails and phone calls. Always timely provide solutions to our queries.

We are using OneFlare to generate potential leads for our Business. The site is user-friendly and provides our firm with good-quality leads.

Great service, extremely useful site and easy to get refunds at times. Definitely Recommend!

Big Thanks To One Flare

It is my pleasure to provide a reference for Anmol and One Flare.
The company was recommended by a friend and I wish I’d started with them earlier. My socials advertising was very time consuming and giving me few leads and lots of dead ends.
From the first time I set up my One Flare page I had their speedy and helpful support otherwise I don’t think my technical skills could have managed.
Every time I have rung them with a question they are quick to help and seem genuinely interested in my business.
My main support person at One Flare is Anmol. He frequently rings to check in and gives me business tips that really help.
I feel like I have my own personal coach and that he understands my business.
My involvement with One Flare has totally turned my business around. I have more real opportunities to gain clients than with any other means I have tried put together. In fact I can't keep up with the jobs I'd like to apply for. Thanks to everyone at One Flare.

Ive been with Oneflare only a short time and it’s been a great time, the staff have always been very helpful to me and my account manager Fred has been a real help to my business so he is a great asset to Oneflare and he makes things easy. Oneflare consultant - Anmol

I can't say much about how the new direction Oneflare is taking is benefiting businesses. The current setup of having 5 to 7 quotes per job is challenging for businesses; it's becoming too expensive and not effective in attracting genuine customers. On top of that, we're being charged for it.

However, my interactions with Anmol, a consultant/account manager at Oneflare, have been consistently positive since 2021. I would give him a 5-star rating every time. He is by far the best person to talk to at Oneflare and the only one I prefer to deal with. Anmol is proactive and fair, which is crucial for businesses that need reliable support. His knowledge and genuine desire to help businesses are commendable. If the other consultants adopted Anmol's approach, Oneflare would see significant improvements. The company should really pay attention to what he has to say.

Received 3 quotes on a Sunday!!!

Used Oneflare to get a price for a tree lopper in Sydney. Received 3 quotes within 2 hours on a Sunday, very useful. 2 came around to quote that day and the third on Monday when I was WFH.
