ich kann gut nachvollziehen, dass es verwirrend ist, wenn du das Ladegerät nach deiner Erinnerung direkt mit der ersten Kartenbestellung hinzugefügt hast und es dann nicht im Lieferumfang ist. Wenn man noch nichts in der Hand hat, lässt sich der Rest natürlich schwer beurteilen.
Ich nehme dein Erlebnis sehr ernst und schaue mir solche Rückmeldungen immer genau an, weil sie mir helfen zu verstehen, wo im Bestellprozess etwas unklar oder missverständlich sein könnte.
Danke, dass du dir trotzdem die Zeit für diese Bewertung genommen hast. Ich hoffe, dass du mit deiner Lieferung und dem Produkt am Ende wirklich zufrieden bist.

Beware the Upsell
I agree with the most recent reviews about the endless upselling. I went into the company website for my purchase. But then window after window of upselling. I was not going to write this review because I expressed my view privately on the company platform at the end of my purchase. However, notwithstanding what I had written I then actually got an upselling call to my mobile phone! I now receive ongoing upselling emails.
I agree with other comments if there is basic card and a premium card let the customer know the difference and let them choose.

I purchased 3 cards, (the basic version). On the positive side, the cards seem to work well, and over the few weeks I've had them, they are easy to locate using the Google Find Hub App. So for that I'd give them 5 stars.
On the minus side, as other reviewers have noted, the upselling on purchase is most annoying. When I make a purchase, I check the competition and the price vs value and make the decision. I don't want to be hit with addons for bigger battery or a better chip during the purchase process.
If you want to offer a basic card, call it the Gold card and state clearly it's price and capabilities. If you want to offer a deluxe card, call it your Platinum version, and state it's capabilities and price and let the purchaser compare it to the market and make a decision prior to commencing the purchase process.
For the purchase process I give 2 stars, for an average of 3.5 rounded up to 4.
