Ordered an item 15 days ago and had the first disappointment of my ordering experience to see that they used Evri as the delivery service.

The second disappointment and somewhat expected was to see the item had gotten lost through Evri (a common thing with this courier company).

Contacted the seller and the response was an instant replacement item to be sent, which was fine, however despite already waiting more than a week for the original item to arrive the sellers replacement item was sent using the same Evri standard delivery option, they couldn't even be bothered to spend that little extra amount and opt for the fast shipping to keep their customer happy.

I have already left an honest negative review on their website so let's see if they are a transparent business and will allow it on their website. If you don't see it, then you know how this game is being played.

I live in France. I paid online and was not told that I would also have to pay expensive custom duties to get the good delivered.
I have no problem with the fact that one has to pay the custom duties but I should have been told when I made the purchase online not at time of delivery!

The slippers are absolutely beautiful, so well made and extremely comfortable. My son is autistic and has sensory issues, he loves these so much as they are super soft and cosy. 10/10 Onaie are incredible! The delivery was quick and the minimal packaging was pretty and recyclable.

I was looking for warm slippers, made from natural materials which are made in Europe. And that's exactly what I found. I bought one pair of Lucky Dip sheepskin slippers and a pair of felt slippers and I'm more than satisfied. They not only look great but also fit perfectly, are super comfy and warm. The lucky dip idea is great for people who like surprises like me.

Bought several items as a new customer, great price, communication is brilliant and the quality is fabulous. Had to contact customer service and got quick response ( my mistake ordering a wrong size) definitely recommend this company.

I went for the lucky dip sheepskin slipper option. I received lovely looking slippers with a fluffy sheepskin trim BUT they were so uncomfortable. The sole is mega hard with no internal padding at all. I did try to 'wear them in' but gave up in the end & headed to a high street store to buy some comfy slippers. So disappointed.

Great buying experience- I felt “looked after” from the online support chat to the emails about my order. The slippers are really cosy/well made, very happy with them and would definitely buy again from the company.
