I would rate ON Cloud 0 stars if I could. My two separate warranty claims were denied, and the shoe soles deteriorated completely within six months. Retailers should reconsider carrying this brand due to its poor value. Purchasing New Balance 990, a US-made product, would have been a wiser investment. This was a profoundly disappointing experience.

Schuhe laufen sich erst toll und angenehm. Fangen aber mit der Zeit an im Fersenbereich zu quietschen.
Weiterhin reissen sie hinten innen nach einer Zeit ein. Für 150 Euro stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Is there a way of giving ON's customer service fewer than 0 stars? They cannot track where an order is, they cannot confirm a delivery date, they cannot guarantee anything... and also refuse to cancel orders!
And their service is called "happy deliveries"...
I would recommend another brand that don't squeak!
Ordered a pair on On cloud running trainers and after 2 months they started to squeak loudly when wearing. They are so loud that I stopped wearing them. When contacting customer services, they stated they could not do anything because it is not a manufacturing fault. It is clearly a manufacturing fault as many reviews say the same. I also asked for their complaint policy which they did send me. I recommend purchasing another brand trainers as it will be very likely they will start squeaking after a while and you will receive no support from customer service.
Completely useless
Completely useless. I returned my ON order, which has been in limbo with Royal Mail for over a week (it was 48 hrs tracked delivery). I’ve asked ON to investigate, but they keep saying I’ll get a refund once the items are returned to them. After several calls, emails etc., they refunded me for one of the two items being returned, but are refusing to refund for the other, saying they have to wait until they receive delivery of the return (which they won’t investigate). So why refund me in the first place for the one item?? In the meantime, I’m down £300 at Christmas.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. Ordered over 2 weeks ago, nothing. No contact, no emails, no update to processing. The customer service people know literally nothing, their only response is ‘it will update when it’s been processed, this will take a while’, not shit. What a shame - pumping out expensive gear and ads left right and centre and yet are the most incompetent company ever.

Ware erhalten , vorab viel Geld dafür ausgegeben ..... mir ist bewusst , dass ich einen breiten Vorfuss habe - Schuhe ausprobiert und mir eingebildet ,dass sich der On Sneaker noch etwas anpasst . Tat er auch , nur leider hab ich nach 3maligen Tragen jetzt schon überhaupt keinen Halt mehr in diesen Sneakern - hier: der Fersenbereich schlupft erheblich während der vordere Bereich sehr,sehr tight sitzt ....... keine "Nachjustierung" möglich , da die Schnürung ( & und auch das Obermaterial) zu starr erscheint und auch ist ! Zudem hatte ich den Kundenservice kontaktiert und um eine neue Innensohle gebeten - Aussage Kd Service : Innensohlen von On Schuhen werden nicht explizit angeboten ( es wurde ua auch bestätigt ,dass die Innensohle herausnehmbar seien ! - meine hat es beim Versuch sie herauszunehmen zerstört ! ) On bot mir darufhin einen Discount von 20% beim nächsten Einkauf an ..... hm , wird wohl nicht stattfinden ...... zudem wurde mir mitgeteilt , es gäbe auf dem Markt ja auch kaufbare Einlegesohlen etc pp - welch kompetente Aussage ! @On - ihre Bemühungen hab ich wahrgenommen , jedoch als Faustschlag ins Gesicht ....... ergo - die Produktidee ist soweit ok , nur hat das Produkt definitiv keine Marktreife , mMn & definitiv nullkommanull Passform bei breiteren Füssen ......somit nutzlos ,dieser Versuch kostete mich 180 € ...... und , btw , warum , in aller Welt machen diese Schuhe so laute Geräusche / Knarzen ----- On selber bezeichnet seine Schuhe doch als " Sneaker" - Slapstick in Reinstform

Worst company ever! Customer service is horrible! They don’t care about their customers. My sneaker is not even two months old and it’s squeak loudly, so embarrassing. After numerous phone call, my issues is still not resolve. The supervisor for the warranty department doesn’t even have the decency to give customer a call back. The company refused to do anything about it. Save your money and stay away from on cloud sneaker.

Worst ever experience with On.com
My online shopping experience with On.com has been the WORST EVER, and it doesn't even deserve one star.
I requested an exchange, and after a month of waiting, nothing happened. When I reached out, I was met with an unhelpful chatbot. I had to call customer service directly, and even then, there was no apology—just excuses, claiming their process takes 14 working days!
I also made two returns, and after over a month, still no resolution. Once again, the chatbot was no help. Five days after reaching out, I finally received a voucher for one of the two returns. For the second return, I had to write again, only to be told by the bot that my item had been received. Of course it had been—it's been over a month! In Switzerland, deliveries take 1-2 days, so there's no excuse for such delays.
I have zero trust in On.com's e-commerce operations. This has been a nightmare. Customers have busy lives, and they shouldn't have to chase after their orders. When people spend a minimum of 200 CHF on your products, they expect far better service—and at the very least, they should feel like they can trust the brand. Unfortunately, with On.com, that trust is completely gone.

I bought 2 pairs and one pair were ruined after a couple of months, The other pair waterproof squeak loudly when wet a total embarrassment. And I know 5 other people who have had the same problem.

Only half of the order was delivered
Very poor service. Only part of the order was delivered, and then said on the App that delivered in full. No phone number to call. Only chat bot that provides generic answers. The bot asks if I’d like to talk to On team member. I requested three times, but no one contacted me over two week period. This is the worst service I’ve experienced in years.

I’ve been a loyal On Cloud customer for 7 years, consistently purchasing the same style of sneakers year after year. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing, and it’s left me questioning the company’s commitment to quality and customer service.
I received a pair of shoes with what I believe is a clear manufacturer defect—the fit was uncomfortably tight, unlike any of the previous pairs I’ve purchased. This wasn’t a minor issue, but a significant deviation from the standard I’ve come to expect. When I reached out to On Cloud’s customer service for a return or exchange, I was met with refusal. They completely dismissed the possibility of a manufacturing issue and declined to offer any assistance or resolution.
After seven years of loyalty, this lack of support and disregard for product integrity is frustrating and disheartening. It’s clear that On Cloud no longer stands behind the quality of their products or values long-time customers. I’ve never experienced anything like this with my past purchases, and this refusal to acknowledge an obvious defect is unacceptable.
I can no longer recommend On Cloud to others, and I will be switching to brands that prioritize both product quality and customer satisfaction, like Hoka, New Balance, or Brooks. On Cloud’s failure to address this issue has cost them a loyal customer.
