On CLOUD .....you are joking !

My wife's shoes fell apart after only a few wears . On made me go through hoops to prove my warranty claim and sent me a gift card . Their website is a nightmare and their payment systems are third world . No one in "customer service" has a clue what the heck is going on . Overpriced shoes living off design , but never price or customer service !

Disappointed

Similar to previous reviews. First pair let in water with couple months. They replaced and although other pair were initially great they also let in water and whilst out walking sole became detached from shoe. As out of warranty they can’t do anything. They are very expensive and should last for years but they don’t. Would never purchase another pair.

I signed up for the Cyclone subscription four months ago, but unfortunately, I haven't been satisfied with the product. Due to being on holiday, I couldn't return it within the one-month period. Shoes falling apart within months

Really disappointed with the quality of the Cloudmonsters I've purchased. In less than six months, they squeak, and the shoes have developed holes as well as the inner lining wearing off. I only wear these for day to day activities, and not running. I don't even wear them everyday. For the price these shoes are, it's natural to expect them to last for a long time however they fell apart very quickly, so they're not fit for purpose. I dread to think how long the shoes would last if I were to actually run in them.

What makes things worse is the process of raising the issue. You can only describe the issue in 500 characters, yet you're subjected to a long and complicated online form.

Hier wird man für dumm verkauft

Fürchterlich was diese Firma abzieht! Erst dachte ich ja, ich wäre an eine etwas dumme und unverschämte Kundenbetreuerin geraten. Nun musste ich hier auf Trustpilot feststellen, dass ich nicht der erste bin, der von ON für dumm verkauft wird. Das Vorgehen scheint also Geschäftsphilosophie zu sein. So viele negative Rezensionen mit quasi den gleichen Erfahrungen wie bei mir können nicht Zufall sein.

Zu meinem Fall (RKYYI738B16aTZphoejDvjo): Sohle meines 170 EUR Schuh (Cloudswift) fing an nach 2-3 Monate im Normalgebrauch (also kein Sport) bei jedem einfachen Schritt laut und deutlich zu quitschen. So sehr, dass ich diesen Schuh nicht mehr tragen kann. Ich hatte die Schuhe nie zum Sport eingesetzt gehabt, d.h. die Abnutzung war extrem gering. Zuerst versuchte ON die Ursache auf den Untergrund (angeblich poliert oder nass) zu schieben, was aber gar nicht zutraf und ich denen eigentlich auch schon in der ersten Nachricht mitgeteilt hatte. Nach einer erneuten Email erhielt ich diese Antwort: "Quietschgeräusche in Schuhen können durch eine Vielzahl von Faktoren verursacht werden, die leider außerhalb unserer Kontrolle liegen. Ferner biegen und bewegen sich Schuhe (wie auch unsere Füße) während des Tragens, was ebenfalls dazu beitragen kann, ob ein Schuh quietscht oder nicht.
Da wir bedauerlicherweise nicht garantieren können, dass ein Ersatz dieses Problem behebt, fällt das Quietschen nicht unter unsere Garantiebedingungen und kann daher nicht ersetzt werden."

Die Antwort ist einfach nur peinlich und zeigt auf, dass man kein Schamgefühl bei ON besitzt auf der eigenen Webseite (auf der ich diese Schuhe gekauft hatte) von 2 Jahren Garantie zu sprechen, dies dann im konkreten Fall dann aber gerne ignoriert UND dies auch noch mit einer unverschämten "Begründungen". Es wurde lediglich ein 20% Gutschein für den nächsten Einkauf auf deren Webseite angeboten. Frech! Der Kunde soll also einfach nur gemolken werden.

Egal, es gibt ein Gewährleisungsanspruch und den werde ich jetzt per Einschreiben einfordern.

Für mich nie wieder ON und ich kann allen von dieser Firma auch nur abraten.

they started to be squeaky after 2 months
what a shame, now they will be thrown as it is so embarrassing to wear them
I emailed their customer services, they told me the floor is causing it. well, no they squeak on every floor

this is the worst shoes I have ever bought in my life
I bought it in the UK and cost me 160£
for this price I could have bought two from my favourite comfy brand clark or ecco
never again, I will never buy from this company again. wat a shame, expensive shoes for rubbish quality.

my feet are hurting me, now I have an expensive shoes in the garbage bin with no use. it caused me feet pain, bruises and more!

it does not provide support, and it makes your feet boiling. this shoes does not allow your feet to breath and it become smelly after few days of wearing it.
never again I am so disappointed.

I wish I had read the comments, I am hopeful my review will make you think twice before wasting your money.

I've had on shoes for 2 months and…

I've had on shoes for 2 months and they're squeaking so bad that I can no longer wear them. I put in a complaint and my reply was "the shoes squeak naturally sometimes". $200 for squeaky shoes. No refund, no apology, nothing.

Nie wieder ON-Schuhe

ON-Schuhe sind super bequem, aber Qualität läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Sohle löst sich vom Schuh. Kundensupport ist mangelhaft, da keine dt. Tel-Nr. und mail-Adresse auf der homepage zu finden sind. Eine mail ist nur aus der homepage heraus möglich, und dann auch auf 500 Zeichen begrenzt. Viel zu wenig.

Kann die ON Schuhe auch nicht weiterempfehlen, habe jetzt das dritte Paar ON Schuhe. Sohlen lösen sich ab, Gewebe reißt sehr schnell. Verarbeitung mangelhaft! Für den hohen Preis sollte man eine bessere Verarbeitung erwarten können. Auch der ON Waterproof ist alles andere, nur nicht wasserdicht. Verarbeitung hier ebenfalls mangelhaft. Letztendlich sind die Schuhe nur ein Modehype zum überteuerten Preis, nichts anderes. Da sind die Schuhe der Konkurrent mitunter besser verarbeitet, bieten denselben Tragekomfort und das für die Hälfte des Preises!

My status has not moved since I ordered…

My status has not moved since I ordered these shoes 11 days ago. Delivery was 26 July. My husband received his with in 5 days. We ordered same time. I have emailed number out times and received the same automatic answer. Just want them to update the delivery date. As it still showing 26 July

Don’t believe shipping dates and no way to cancel.

Expected shipping date not accurate. They refused to cancel my order even though it hasn’t shipped and was supposed to arrive 6 days ago. Their “solution” is for me to wait for it to be shipped and then ship it back after it arrives but they have no date for that.

Faith restored

I had some issues a while back trying to order shoes that were shown in stock but were actually out of stock. Out of frustration I left a review that reflected how I felt about my experience. Someone from customer service reached out to me and as a way of trying to address my issues gave me a very generous discount code. This was used to make this recent purchase and the whole experience was totally different. The ordering was very easy and the delivery time was outstanding. My faith has been restored and I'd recommend ON to anyone.

Don’t trust expected shipping dates

I placed two separate orders on 7/22/24 through their website and paid $15 per order for expedited shipping as it said EXPECTED ARRIVAL BY 7/25. Today (less than 24 hrs later) it says expected by 7/27 which will be after leaving town. As soon as I saw this, I reached out to On to confirm delivery time and to cancel my order if needed. They said there is no way to cancel it even though the order hasn’t been fully processed and that I would have to wait and return them, ultimately, losing the $30 paid on expedited shipping. The customer service person directly stated, “I know it says it will be delivered on the next day on the website, but the processed at the warehouse usually takes 1-2 days. Once the carrier has your package. Your expedited shipping will activate.” Admitting they know that the website gives inaccurate dates but that they then continue to take your money for expedited shipping!! Ridiculous and I wont ever order from them again.

If I can give them 0 or negative star…

If I can give them 0 or negative star if I would. I was very unsatisfied with their services. I purchased an item since my friend asked recommended On shoes. Upon purchasing an item to them and I worn them once at work however, it causes me too much pain in my feet especially in my ankle. So the same morning after wearing them, I contacted the customer service and ask for return and refund. But unfortunately they didn’t let me do that since I already worn the shoes once. How will I know that these shoes are comfortable without wearing them? And if I continue wearing them it will cause me more pain and couldn’t stand that. I even ask the ON agent if I could return it and I will get haft of the price but she is firm about not giving me any refund. It’s very frustrating and upsetting and I will just stick with my Hoka and I will never ever purchase ON and will never recommend them to other nurses.

Avoid their digital gift cards

I was gifted vouchers by my Italian colleagues in Euro as a leaving present returning to the UK. There is no way that I can now spend these as the UK site does not accept Euros and the European sites do not deliver to the UK. This is a Swiss company, pretty sure they can calculate foreign exchange, their customer service recommends I spend online if I go to Europe on vacation.

Thanks trust pilot was going to spend a nice bit of money on two pairs of shoes feeling protected as I was paying with PayPal…when it came to paying the PayPal option wasn’t there, warning bells that this was a scam site so I sent an email last night saying this was my preferred way to pay, needless to say no reply.

Worst customer/delivery service -

Same as many customers here, I placed an order 15th days ago. It was estimate to deliver today and still no movement from the warehouse. The customer service is a waste or time, saying they apologize for the inconvenient. Today, they even suggested I bought another pair or shoes, as I'm flying next week and the plan was to carry the shoes with me. I've called, chatted with three different people, wrote an email. They are useless and there is no way of finding out if I will ever get the product I bought. No cancelation or refund until I get the product and no one can actually provide any update on my purchase. I even wrote comments on their IG and they don't even bother to answer. Is there a way of protecting ourselves against this kind of vendor mal functioning?

Similar to many other complaints

Similar to many other complaints, I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for the shoes that I ordered to be shipped and still no movement from the warehouse. Customer service tells you there is nothing that they can do to help with refund and once (if) the shoes do ever arrive, it will most likely be outside of the 30 day return policy window. I will NEVER order shoes from them again.. How do they allow this sort of neglect from such a big company!?

The absolute worst experience ordering…

The absolute worst experience ordering and shipping. Over 7 (and still counting) days to process an order. No estimate delivery date in Sight. Customer service reps have no answer other than the order is in the warehouse being processed. Customer service repa are also liars and can not escalate the situation to a manager. There are no managers on call "someone will call you back" which will not happen.....DO MOT WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!
