I ordered a pair of trainers at the begining of December and they still haven’t turned up and impossible to get in contact with anyone, online bot stops replying and no one to email, awful company will not be ordering from them again

Ordered pair of running shoes, size too small so sent back for exchange for larger size , had an email saying exchange will be dispatched within 14days , why so long? Called them and couldn’t understand their assistant as English very broken , managed to hear just about it will be about 17 days, really poor experience would not order online again

Absolutely awful experience so far. I’m not sure this company even has a customer service team. I’ve been trying to contact them for nearly a week, Placed an order and not had any order confirmation but money has been taken. Website showing my order doesn’t exist and I’ve emailed, used the online bot chat (which is horrendous), messaged on instagram,X and Facebook. I’m not getting anywhere! I don’t know how to contact a human to resolve this situation!!
Avoid purchasing online
I ordered a pair of trainers that cost me 180 euros. After wearing them a handful of times for walking, I noticed an issue with the shoes.
After attempting multiple times to reach customer service, finally someone got back to me. I also used their warranty claim twice, only to get an update 2 months later.
Now they are refusing to resolve the issue saying it's not a manufactory fault and offered me a 20% off my next purchase.No thanks - you can offer me free item and I still won't take it if I have to deal with your customer service ever again.
The issue affects the functionality and the safety of the product as well as creating a noticeable negative impact on the look of it, surely that is not normal.
Now I am stuck with a pair of 180 euro trainers that I cannot wear! Thanks ON!
No shoes, no way to contact them
I bought some shoes a week ago. No sign of them. No way to contact them - only a chatbot that refuses to chat and ends conversations. No idea what to do now other than seek a refund. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time.

Do not order online from these charlatans. There items are either massive or too small & the customer is a joke it's like talking to r2d2. I ordered two tshirts same Size one was massive the other too small I returned then they received & now 14 days later I am still waiting for my refund . If you do decide go & try the clothing it's terrible for the price they charge.

Don’t ever use this company there customer service is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with out of any clothing retailer, there returns policy is done so people don’t return because it’s too much of a hassle for the customer to wait 1 month for them to access the item retuned and issue refund

Never again! The customer service is terrible. I ordered an item on December 3rd, which was shipped to the same address on December 8th, but it was missing my apartment number (APT #). I called multiple times about this issue, and they told me they would investigate. Then, they started another investigation after I followed up. I even had to email them and send a picture of my front door to compare with the one on the FedEx website—which doesn’t even match! This customer service is a complete joke. Smh.

I would not even give them a star. I order on dec 12th my package was suppose to be here the 24th and still not here. I called everyday and got the same response we r investigating and we will get back with you!! So I would avoid at all cost not to order from them terrible customer service.

Købte et par Weather pants til min mand i november. De var for store og jeg ville bytte dem til en størrelse mindre. Der var ingen retur label med i pakken, så jeg skrev til dem. Da det endelig lykkedes at få kontakt efter et par dage, sendte de mig en retur label, som jeg monterede på original emballagen, som de ønskede. På min ups tracking kan jeg se, at pakken er leveret hos dem 20. november. Jeg har skrevet til dem, at jeg maler ombyttet til en størrelse mindre, jeg har sendt original ordre nummer, retur ordre nummer og ups tracking nummer, så det er ikke noget at være i tvivl om. Alligevel hævder de, aldrig at have modtaget pakken og at jeg har sendt den et forkert sted hen…. Så de nægter at sende et par nye bukser til mig og hævder, det hele er min egen fejl. Som jeg ser det, har de stjålet kr 1400,- fra mig og nægter at tage ansvar. Kunne forstå, hvis det var Temu, men det er ON… det forarger mig også at deres kundeservice sidder på Filippinerne og ikke i Europa. Tænk Roger Federer vil ligge navn til det her…

Qualität und Garantieleistung unterirdisch
Bereits beim zweiten Paar ist die Naht am linken Cloud 5 beim kleinen Zeh gerissen. On Running, die diesen Mist fabriziert, schleicht sich aus der Verantwortung und verweist bei Schäden an den Fachhändler, wo der völlig überteuerte Schuh gekauft wurde. Unglaublich, diese Arroganz! Das waren meine letzten On Schuhe. Ich kann allen empfehlen, auf bessere Schuhhersteller auszuweichen.

Nach 12 Jahren und unzähligen Schuhen muss ich mir jetzt einen anderen Hersteller suchen.
Die Schuhe wurden eh von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter.
Mein aktueller Schuh schießt aber den Vogel ab. Nach 3 Wochen Nutzung fing der rechte Schuh an in der Ferse sehr laut zu Quitschen - Erst dachte ich ist etwas Wasser geht sicher gleich weg. Jetzt nach zwei Wochen ist es eher schlimmer geworden. Bei jedem Schritt ein sehr lautes Quietschen.
Der On Support meint bei der Garantiebearbeitung das dies kein Fehler des On Schuhes sein kann - Ich wüßte nicht wo der Fehler sonst liegt - mein Fuß quietscht nicht. Allein die Garantie aufzegeben war schon sehr schwierig - da der on-Support nicht versteht, dass man ein quietschenn nicht fotografieren kann. (Vielleicht sollte man manchmal doch HI - Human intelligence - setzen!)

I tried to use the chat bot, absolutely useless, second red flag.
I have then called and spoke with someone who said I will email you later that day or the next day…… still not got that email. Third red flag
I’ve then called back again spoke to another agent, stated would you like a refund or a new order, I’ve opted for the new order and they said don’t worry we will send you a new email with order number etc today…… that was two days ago and still nothing. Forth Red Flag.
Honestly absolutely shocking customer service and now I’m going to raise this with the bank and get a charge back.
Would rather spend £160 on a competitor brand than these clowns.

I purchase 2 pairs of HOKA runners under the guise that they were from the USA and authentic after directly asking them ….once purchased the emails show they were from China . Long story they were not original when they arrived !!! emailed them several times wanting to return at their expense!!! Advised I would lodge a dispute with bank in the end lodged a return of funds through bank . They agreed to pay me 1/2 back plus I could keep the shoes . Still waiting for funds . Cheap shitty quality . Don’t go near them very deceptive and misleading made in China .
