I didn’t realise it was a subscription, it’s an age thing with me.
I messaged them to ask for a refund as I didn’t need another one as I still had plenty.
I got an answer back straight away and offered two options, I chose ( as it was already sorted) to take 30% off as it could have already been sent? Subscription was cancelled straight away.
