I received a confirmation email…
I received a confirmation email confirming my purchase of an Olavita produce. To my dismay, it was not the product I expected so I contacted the seller. In minutes, I received a reassuring email which confirmed that I had purchased and will receive the product that I intended to buy.

Arti understood me completely without me having to go into great detail as well as having to send many back and forth emails. I was offered 2 options right from the initial email. Not only was that simple, but” I felt I was truly being heard.”I couldn’t afford my mistake, but was embarrassed to say so. Very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

An unexpected recurring order email arrived today. I contacted the company and requested a stop and refund. I quickly had a response to confirm request and refund which I did. Have now received an email confirming that the order has been stopped and refund confirmed.
