Incorrect chair originally sent but the error was remedied really quickly. Chair is absolutely great, so comfortable. Packaging really good.

Great company, would highly recommend
Very helpful over the phone; heartened that companies like this still exist - personable, knowledgable, helpful staff providing great customer service and valuable advice. Very pleased with both the company and the product. Thank you!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Gas cylinder in chair broke 7 years after I bought it from them. Dropped them an email and they got the manufacturer to come out and fix it under the warranty free of charge within a couple of days. Now good as new. Would definitely recommend them!

Overall really good experience
Overall really good experience, reduced by 1 star because I needed to follow up on delivery times which would have ideally been provided automatically. I would purchase from them again and recommend to others.
