Regarding your stay at Parakkat Nature Hotel & Resorts in Munnar, we understand that the music organized for in-house guests caused discomfort. As soon as you informed us, we promptly offered to shift you to a higher floor to reduce the noise, but you declined the option. The following morning, when you expressed your desire to change hotels, we arranged an alternative accommodation at no additional cost. However, you chose to stay for the second night and opted to have dinner outside during the music hours.
As for the other accommodations—Elephant Court in Thekkady, a Luxury Houseboat in Alleppey, Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel in Kovalam, and Hilton Garden Inn in Trivandrum—we understand that your stay was comfortable, and you did not report any concerns.
Regarding your interaction with our driver, we acknowledge that there was a miscommunication on the first dayregarding the complimentary Cochin sightseeing that we added at your request. Our tour handler, Mr. Prakash, promptly resolved the confusion, and the tour proceeded smoothly.
On the third day, when you requested a Jeep Safari in Periyar National Park, the driver arranged it for you at an additional cost. We understand that the experience did not meet your expectations, and you suspected the driver had overcharged you. However, he is a trusted and experienced driver who has handled multiple trips without any such complaints.
When you later informed us that you were uncomfortable with the driver, we immediately arranged for a replacementat no extra cost. Subsequently, you requested a different vehicle, which we also accommodated by assigning a third driver. Despite these multiple changes, we did not charge you anything extra, even though we incurred an additional cost of ₹5,000.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you faced during your journey. While we strive to deliver seamless travel experiences, we recognize areas for improvement and will continue working towards enhancing our services. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
