Perfect customer service! I had a problem with a jacket and they sent me a new one. No questions asked. I have never experienced customer service like that. Odlo really cares for their customers!

I have never had worst experience on…

I have never had worst experience on customer service.
1. they gave me wrong tracking code
2. the parcel has incomplete address
3. I rang them up to correct the address, they never updated with UPS
4. They just won't contact UPS, therefore my parcel can not be delivered
5. I ask to cancelled the parcel within 14 days, with no parcel received, they refuse to refund me.
6. The parcel have never delivered, they will not refund me, when I contact the customer service, their attitude was awful, and they tell me they can not refund me, which is completely absurd.
7. worst customer service call, with them hang up on me; worst email experience, they don't even reply me.

I still have no refund until this day, with no parcel delivered. It has been over 30 days. I contacted my bank for dispute.

NEVER AGAIN. THIS COMPANY HAS NO SERVICE. JOKES.

Wir haben zum ersten Mal bei Odlo…

Wir haben zum ersten Mal bei Odlo direkt bestellt. Beim ersten Besuch wurde uns für die Anmeldung beim Newsletter ein 10% Gutschein versprochen. Daraufhin haben wir uns registriert und gewartet. Nach ca. 2 Stunden haben wir es ein weiteres Mal mit einer zweiten Adresse versucht. Auch dieses Mal kam kein Gutschein. Erst am nächsten Tag mit einer dritten Adresse funktionierte der Prozess. Das geht besser.

Liebe diese Marke, Sommer wie Winter, sehr gute Präsentation der Artikel, Angaben, Details zutreffend beschrieben, sehr zufrieden und Spitzenqualität der Sportbekleidungsstücke !

Failed delivery and still no refund

Placed an order 23 April 2024. They sent incorrect tracking number. They ignored all emails of me trying to contact them (about 10 emails). Items still not arrived and still no refund. Will be contacting PayPal to force a refund.

Extremely poor customer service.

Order not received

Placed an order at 2 may. 21 may I reached out to customer service because the order is still on the way. After a few days I received an email with the request to fill a form for DPD postal service. I am the receiver - not the sender! They should deal with their own postal supplier instead of me.

Extremely poor customer service.

Tolle Produkte

Ich habe mich auf der Seite leicht zurecht gefunden und sie ist sehr anwenderfreundlich. Was mir besonders gut gefällt ist der Größenratgeber, wo man die Maße eingeben kann und dann wird einem die richtige Größe vorgeschlagen. TOP

Hose in L genau so wie ich sie wollte

Schöne Hose in L genau so wie ich sie mir vorgestellt hatte. Sehr gute Verarbeitung mit dem Rabtatt vom Preis in Ordnung. Etwas hellere Farben und mehrfarbig würde ich mich noch bei sowas wünschen das ist im Sommer angenehmer. Vielleicht auch noch ein noch leichteres Modell wo dann keine Tachen oder Reisverschlüsse hat, die sind an meinem Rucksack ja vorhanden.

I’m sure the products are great, if you ever receive them…

I ordered nearly £200 of clothing for an upcoming trip. 10 days later and there’s no sign of it. Neither Odlo or UPS seem to have a clue where my order has gone. I don’t think my stuff will arrive before my trip, so I’m going to have to go to a company I can trust. Will avoid Odlo in future.
