Octopus Energy for Business Recenzje 

Received an email that I queried. Got a very fast response to it with a clear answer, a rare thing indeed, especially with other companies in this sector.

Having been ripped off by a previous supplier and/or broker Octopus Energy are a breath of fresh air. Their prices are very fair and I'm never horrified when I read emails referring to the Direct Debits. Everything just happens seamlessly and, unlike my previous supplier, I'm not spending the entire time worrying about much gas and electricity I am using.

I wish I'd switched sooner. A Very easy process,5 minute phone call. I spoke with Chris, very clear, helpful & switch date sorted. Instant emails confirming everything and online account setup.
I'm still a bit in shock how easy it was, a night & day difference from my current supplier.

We have two shop and one house with octopus. I originally was with bulb and they were brilliant but octopus took over and we ended up with octopus. They use to be good but now they over charge you and miss calculate your usage. I have a house which is empty for more than a year and there's only one fridge in the house that use electricity. No gas usage or anything else. And it's pay as you go as well. But they charge me £47 a week. So i started a switch with utilita. They made a mess with our shops as well. I'm looking for a better alternative for both shops as well. With one of them our electricity use is even less than before but bills are triple as before which doesn't make any sense. We use to use oven every day but no more oven and heater usage, so how our bills are tripled? In our other shop for the first year they missed billing us and me as a busy business owner didn't realise it and after one year they said ohhh we haven't charged you and you owe us nearly £3000. They put me in debt. So I'm looking for a better alternative and soon I'll switch all of them to another provider.

Spoke to an advisor who, not only could speak and understand English, but was also very informative and helpful and sorted out everything I needed. Provided me with an excellent new tariff and arranged a refund.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Octopus, as I've been with them for years with a number of different accounts

Ekraam was so helpful and clear about the change of contract. She was very professional but also understood that changes to utility supplier can be a bit alarming and was great about talking things through. 5 stars for her

Easy to switch, App is excellent, great tariffs and friendly and efficient phone service
