have tried to get credit from referral program no go spoke to customer service agent who walked me through it said sorted will see a credit in 5-7 days
not a good customer service experience.

Preferred flavour is no longer in stock
Delivery is quite long. I really like the vanilla soy protein but it hasn’t been in stock so had to buy strawberry which is not that nice
No timeframe for the vanilla flavour.

Have been taking the collagen protein for a few months and its great! I really feel the difference in my joints. Going to have to take it forever now!

Terrible returns process.Used their…
Terrible returns process.Used their return bag that comes without tracking.They won't refund the parcel without proof of tracking...which you can't give for obvious reasons.Same generic response everytime.

Impossible order cancellation
I tried to cancel my order within minutes of placing it and I was told I couldn’t. Long story short….any help from your company is impossible once you have our money. I will never use you again.
