Worst customer service
I had a very frustrating experience with MyProtein customer service regarding a duplicate shipment issue.
When I contacted support to resolve this, I was passed between multiple agents over more than an hour.
Instead of providing a clear resolution, I was repeatedly asked to manage the return logistics myself, including being asked to find out the return shipping cost on my own, which I am not sure is standard practice for a company-arranged return. I also attempted to provide all requested details, but the process remained unclear and inconsistent. At times, chat sessions were also closed while I was actively responding or gathering information.
In addition, I was also informed that if I chose to leave the parcel outside, any loss would be my responsibility. Furthermore, if a handover attempt fails, I was told that arranging a new collection could potentially incur additional costs on my side. This effectively places responsibility and risk on the customer, despite the issue being caused by a duplicate shipment from the company’s side.
Overall, I felt the process was poorly coordinated and placed too much burden on the customer for an issue caused by a duplicate shipment error on their side.
I hope MyProtein improves its support handling for similar cases in the future, particularly around clearer return processes and consistent communication between agents.

Quite expensive + missing the best flavours
Quite expensive, alleged discount isn’t really a discount when prices are overinflated, and missing the best flavours (raspberry mojito and apple & elderberry) in the Vegan Clear Protein range. Feel really disappointed in my purchase and not sure if I’ll be making another in a hurry :(

Terrible customer service!
I accidentally selected the wrong flavour when placing my order and emailed them immediately to fix it. Despite contacting them straight away, they refused to make any changes, which is pretty frustrating for what should be a simple request.
On top of that, it’s now been almost 2 weeks and my order still hasn’t arrived. When I reached out to customer service, I was told one of the items is out of stock which is apparently causing the delay but I was never notified about this at all.
Poor communication, no flexibility, and slow delivery. Honestly, one and done for me.
