Yo hice el pedido y a los pocos días me escriben diciendo que no hay stock. Acabo de recibir el rembolso y me han devuelto 7€ menos.. así que muy mala experiencia

Programming with weak or no wifi about impossible. programed in the house, installed outside and phone will not communicate.

these leds are no where near as bright as the youtube video promotes.

We cannot control the lights with remote or app. They all stay turned on for roughly 3 mins then blink without sequence.
We prefer for them just to stay on the majority of the time.
The instructions & app are very vague as to how to program or control the lights.

If we could request precise instructions I’m sure we will enjoy them much more! We used them in our children’s play set area and they love them when they’re consistent.

The strips are great but the flood shipped was used and another companies product ; I already started a case on this; update they have sent a replacement so changing star rating ;

Ad oggi (31/01/2023) ancora nessuna notizia del mio pacco, sul sito della UPS nessuna informazione di monitoraggio. Avevo già acquistato questo marchi, tramite la piattaforma di Amazon e nessun problema, volevo dare fiducia al sito ufficiale, ma come non detto... Non hanno rispettato i tempi della spedizione.

I received the lights i ordered in a very timely manner. also received prompt Emails from Novostella about delivery. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the lights. can't wait to see them in action.

Hago un pedido de unos focos, al día siguiente me dicen que nohay y que me devuelven el dinero. No solo me fastidia que no haya stock y no lo diga la web que además me cobran 63 euros por el envío rápido y me devuelven 56 euros. No volveré a comprar sus productos

It was not what I thought they would be, very hard to to get it all set up and on

Still have not recieved my item. It's been double the length of time it stated it would take and still no delivery. Support has not been helpful either.

Customer service is zero. Outdoor strip lights, stay white and will not change colour. The remote doesn't work and the lights won't connect to the app. Tried several times to contact Customer Services by email, Facebook, Twitter Instagram but get no reply. Very disappointed.
