I ordered the light on the 27th of November, and paid extra to get them shipped fast but it still hadn’t been delivered, wasting over 150$

Great product and good quality. Everything installed and connected as expected. There appears to be a lot of effects to chose from but in reality, all the effects are doubled because they have one for each direction the effect travels. There are good effects to chose from and you’ll most likely find a few you like. Lights are really bright and hopefully last for many years. They include enough mounting clips to place clips ever 1.5ft for a clean and sag free installation. Definitely worth the money.

Your website isn’t very clear as to which light packages do what. I was looking for the chasing lights and I ended up ordering the wrong light set. And considering I ordered them on Black Friday and now have to spend $50 more on the correct set I was less than please to see what I ordered wasn’t what I wanted.

Novastella kept me informed about my purchase status.

Problem with one of my string lights the support I received was quite excellent unfortunately the problem couldn’t be solved but the efforts by the support was exceptional and I would highly recommend that customers with any problems go to them you won’t be disappointed.

Customer service reached out to explain that we were over ordering, and corrected our error.

I bought 6 of the e27/a19 bulbs for my room but after only one year they were flickering. Also from the beginning they have been “beeping” and squeaking making this extremely high pitch noice.

No help from their “customer service” even though they state on their website up to 20 years of usage. On the outside their products are impressive with the lumens and such - but after trying it out I finally understand why there is a price difference. Bad app aswell with next to no scenes and customization.

My biggest recommendation is to stay away from novostella telling me “too bad - no warranty left” and not even doing anything to help.

I guess that’s too bad.

I have been buying lights from this company for years. They have always been great, but the last set of lights that I bought are second hand. They have weird goop all over the cables. They have visible scratches all over them, and the bigger scratches literally have black touch up paint where they tried to cover up the fact that these were obviously used and then returned by someone. When I tried to pair them with Wi-Fi, it took over an hour to get it to work. I assume this is why they were returned in the first place. I followed the instructions to a tee and they just wouldn’t work. If I had not just kept at it, I would have sent them back too. Moral of the story: shame on you for selling used gear as new gear. I won’t buy from novastella again.

Customer Service is GREAT and so far the quality of the product is amazing. The app could be a little more user friendly but it may just be the operator.

I received my order within 2 days. Delivery was fast. I love the lights only thing I would want is to be able to customize my own color changing lights. But I'm so happy with them

At first everything worked fine. Then about 20 minutes later only the about 1/3 of the strip flashed the colors correctly. While the rest of the light strip stayed on the white color. Even the remote control could not change the color or turn them on or off.

I sent an email asking for a return and no one has responded.

I ordered my lights and they were sent to me fast. The lights are great, love all the different settings. Now the only thing I didn't like is the screws that come with the lights, I needed to go to Home Depot and buy better qualify ones that would not strip when I was putting them up.

Bon produit, répond parfaitement à la description. Finition correcte, configuration et utilisation sans soucis. Rien à reprocher jusqu'à présent.

Excellent product brings so much fun to our decorations worth every penny

The lights work great. I am using them for outdoor decorating, and have had them on in the evennings for the past three or four weeks. The deliveries were fast, and arrived without any issues. I would definitely recommend to friends or family looking for a versatile lighting option that can be controlled by a simple app.

Bought these for simple stage lighting for a show coming up. Very easy to setup and the 4pack should do the trick. I wish these had the ability to code automation!

Lights are great but not being able to extend from splitter not good. Wanted to use on a 2 story house and only have a couple inches beaten runs.

Quality, brightness , colours.
Really nice and sturdy products . Had water , somehow inside 100W floodlight,but after sending email to support, was promptly replaced with the new one .
I will most certainly buy again .
The only thing that is lacking, is Wi - fi support ,and PLEASE MAKE YOUR OWN APP !!
With smart life it is hit or miss because some things can t be set there.
