We bought an updated controller set for our led string - supposed to add wifi. The "manual" that came with the update did NOT have a link to the correct app - had to email novastella and it took them a week to respond.

lights where built not as expected don't think they'll last permanently and the wire color was black if i put them around my house it wouldn't look good

Paid for expedited shipping and has been over a week and they have still not shipped out. Sent them an email and all they said was light would be available soon

Lights came earlier than expected. Easy to setup and I was able to control my two separate sets of lights with one remote. The lights are beautiful quality, have had no issues.

You took £50:24 from my bank account and 4 days later I got a email from you informing me that I have a refund due to the lights I had ordered were not in stock.On checking my account I found my refund was £50:00,I assume the 24p is some sort of service charge and I would have been happy to wait untill you had the lights back in stock but was not offered that option .

had trouble with the control unit and power supply they sent me replacement parts with out hesitation now work great

The product was ordered on 6/30/23. The House siding is being replaced so ordered 2 motion sensor flood lights to replace the old lights. The website states the order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. I emailed them twice to find out when the order would be shipped, but there was no reply, also on the website it shows that the order is unfulfilled and my account was debited on 6/30/23. All I'm asking for is a reply to my email stating if/when the order will be shipped if not then issue a refund. Poor customer service.

The lights are very nice. The only downside is that I was told I would receive a $10 discount on the second set that I ordered. The first set was not the set I was expecting but I had already cut that strand before I realized it was the wrong one.

2 issue : there’s no instructions for remote and not sure what a few controls mean ? Also When you hook up music with lights , it only allows you to play music on the phones speaker which isn’t loud at all , is there another way ?
