The staff member was so helpful. My item was sold out in store so suggested trying another colour on and ordered the item in on line for me so that it would arrive at my home within a few days.

I have a back injury and always seek…

I have a back injury and always seek out shoes with a particular heel and fit. I was searching for a white shoe for my wedding. I found a shoe at nova which I liked after trying on many white shoes assisted by staff who knew the reason for my purchase. When I arrived home, to my dismay, the shoe is beige. The lighting in the shop made them look white and the attendant did not bring to my attention the colour. I went back the next day and they refused a refund and offered a voucher. The voucher is of no use to me as I require a particular shoe fit and may never find another shoe at nova ever, which means they have “stolen” my money. NOVA policy needs to change as they are aware that shoes are an important in the health and physical safety of their customers thus we have podiatrist where fits may take a few adjustments. There is no pride or honour in what NOVA customer service does and this guided by their owners.

I bought a pair of sandals week wore them once and they are falling a part. I'm so annoyed about this I have emailed you 3 times now and nothing back .I have put the box in the bin didn't think I would need it again. Order number is 08980000114

What a shame that I had not read these…

What a shame that I had not read these reviews in advance. The store was offering 25% off across the site. I bought a handbag and shoes for my daughter's formal. I was charged full price at checkout. No confirmation email or receipt. I contacted them through their website, called their Auckland store and sent an email. No response and no refund. This company is a sham!

Firstly the shoes I wanted were…

Firstly the shoes I wanted were advertised on the website and when I ordered them they were white..so before my order was shipped I quickly emailed customer service support and they tell me the color I want is out of stock..so I agreed to send the white ones and when they arrived the size was to small..So I did what customer support says and followed the link to a postal return/exchange and that took 2weeks and many emails later for support to tell me they have given me a refund to my PayPal account and it will take 3 business days to process and I will need to order the size I want..
Well novo shoes I will not be purchasing anything from u guys again

Do not buy from Novo or Estore!

Do not deal with these people! They also sell under a shop called Estore. My experience: we order shoes, shortly after we receive an email they can't deliver as item is out of stock. Then apparently they do decide to ship the product (obviously I already bought the product somewhere else). Then when the shoes arrive they are also the wrong size (men's 10) whilst ordering on the women's section. When approaching them, I receive a short email saying "send back to address...." no return form, no resolution, no investigation of why we even want to return or whether it's their fault (which it is). After following up.. no response. Absolutely terrible and have not experienced anything like it since 2001.

Appalling online service

Appalling online service. They sent me the wrong size shoes. I ordered 8, they sent 7.
I returned them (my cost, they can’t generate courier labels for NZ). They couldn’t even give me a legitimate address to send them to, just kept saying Glenfield Mall, Glenfield. Its ok Google was more helpful!

The email responses were rude considering its their fault.
I have since rung the Glenfield store, the staff tried to assist followup-but couldn’t say when i would receive the correct shoes.
Im still waiting, initial order was 13 March. Today is 6 April. Nothing, no email, no refund, nothing.

I will never ever deal with them again

After many more emails I finally received a refund on 17 April and i had to fight for a full refund… they weren’t going to refund shipping. I was never reimbursed my return courier costs. Dreadful dreadful experience considering the whole scenario was their fault.

I wont ever spend a cent with them

No refund policy

The return policy for this company is poor. I tried to take shoes back after 2 days of purchase. Obviously unworn, tags on, in box. On trying them on at home. I found them uncomfortable. I took them back to the Coomera store and although the young lady lady was lovely, I was rather annoyed when she said no refund and pointed to a small sign, which I hadn’t seen when I purchased the shoes.
I agree if shoes are worn or not in original packing there should be no refund. This is poor customer service. I see there are several reviews also complaining about your “no refund” policy. Perhaps it’s time to change your policy.

The worst or zero return policy

Purchased shoes in store on 7th Dec 2022 for $89.95. On the same day got notification from Westfield Direct about sales price of these particular shoes as Click & Collect option for $71.95. Tried returning them in store the next day, so I can do Westfield Direct order, but to no avail. Store does not except refunds and my explanation. Was given a Customer Service number which I tried calling for weeks leaving messages, but no one returned my calls. Also contacted them through Novo site. Finally at my second attempt of contacting them online got a reply from Eva that this is unfortunate but it's the nature of retail. Thank you very much for nothing, I do work in retail and if you work for the right store this is not the nature. The nature of retail is not fooling customers and denying them option of return. Zero stars, the worst return policy of unworn shoes within 24 hours with a proof that the same item was found at lower price.

I left a previous review about faulty…

I left a previous review about faulty boots ( after two pairs) I emailed the Head Office but a less than satisfactory reply from them, I had to call Doncaster to get a purchase date and spoke to Sophie who was so helpful once I told her what happened. I went into store today,served by Serena who gave excellent customer service. Super nice,polite and empathetic and most importantly, a great outcome for me. Thank you Serena!

Jasmine is really amazing at customer service ..

Hi ..I recently went to DFO south wharf to buy a footwear for myself .When i entered your store the lady Jasmine who was assisting other customer gave me a beautiful smile n i felt i was welcomed n i went to buy 1 thing since Jasmine was assisting me i ended up buying bags n footwear .Jasmine was really courteous n genuine ,I was really confused however she helped me to choose the best for me .She was really spontaneous. I have been into customer service industry for a long time n i can say she was really genuine n she really made my day with her best customer service skills .I think she should be rewarded. Thank you beautiful lady jasmine ..

I wish there was a 0 star rating.
My daughter wore a Novo high block heels last night at her year 12 formal and each of them broke minutes after she got there, even before dancing! Aweful quality!! Don't buy!

Pretty shoes, Bad service

Well, it appears people are still hiring incompetent people to work in retail so I guess this series will just keep going......

Today in the firing line, Novo shoes, Eastland, Vic.

It's a good thing that they have pretty shoes otherwise I wouldn't even touch it with a ten foot pole let alone give them my money.

As I entered the store I was greeted by.... oh that's right, nothing. Not a hello, not a smile, not even a passing nod. Just a confirmation that this woman could not give a rats if I was in her store or not. Good to know.
It's also important to note, the entire store is probably the size of maybe a largish public bathroom and being quite a sizeable and distinct looking woman I'm sure she definitely saw me.

As I browsed, with no acknowledgement, it became apparent I was now the only customer in the store.

I approached the counter to ask for my shoes. I said, may I ask you for some sizes when you're ready?
She then continues for at least two minutes, WHILE IM STANDING THERE LOOKING AT HER, to put shoes back into boxes, and rearrange her counter.
Clearly.... she's never worked on commission and frankly couldn't give a rats if I bought something or not, and everyone that works in retail knows, if someone tells you "when you're ready" or "take your time" - they don't mean it, hurry tf up.
After the wait...
I then request a size 10 in the BRIGHT GREEN PUMPS. Her reply was, ..... wait what?
I literally had to lead her, to what was probably the MOST distinctive pair of shoes(dur) in the entire store.
When I asked for a size ten, she replied...... then don't come in tan.

Fdhfkgnvjihisysjfm!!!!! Look at this point I'm seriously fuming already. And this beauty school dropout has just suggested that I DONT want the best coloured shoes in the store? OMG, I'm so done.

This story could honestly go for like a novel, but it all comes to a head at me reciting my email to her when I went to buy something, and her not being able to spell LAURA, and my email apparently has 2 @ signs in it.... 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I actually did end up purchasing from here, but those shoes sold themselves, not the sales assistant.

This is not the only occasion I have been ignored or given horrible service in this store either.

Do better Novo. Your shoes deserve it. THEY'RE SO PRETTY 👠

I wish I could do negative ratings

I wish I could do negative ratings. Been to Novo at ormiston Town centre (Auckland, New Zealand). We specifically went to novo but there was sign back shortly on break. We entered the centre around 3:30pm and stayed till 4:15pm but staff didn't come back to store. I personally think there should be at least 2 staff members so that one can have break and other can cover. It's not staff fault that she/he been away it's management issue who are unable to get enough staff

Rude staff in the Joondalup store…

Rude staff in the Joondalup store Sunday afternoon at 4.20 pm couldnt be bothered finding my size was to much trouble for them to worried about counting the till and while i was being served by the other girl she left me and started vacuming Never again

Shoes are at least one size too large

Shoes are at least one size too large. I emailed customer service the morning after I placed my order as I heard off others on Facebook they were a large make. Customer service didn't get back to me for 3 days upon which they told me too bad my order had been packed that day. I can't return them as I live rural and return postage will cost more than the shoes are worth. I purchased a size 8 the shoes I received are at least a 9-9.5.

Poor customer service.. Items missing when order online

I ordered via their online store... unfortunately not everything I ordered arrived...
The representative initially told me they maybe another package coming and to call Australia Post... after that they said everything was sent would investigate with Australia Post... finally they told me there's nothing they can do and to call Australia Post if I wanted to investigate since the packages may have been tampered with it definitely didn't look that way and the packages were full to brim....

I feel ripped off. There's no contact number for the online store and their responses are terribly slow
