Good variety and very helpful staff. Loved the experience

The staff were very lovely. Helped me with any queries I had. I love the shoe sizing of Novo shoes. I always find a 10 or 11 fits me well. Not too big not too small. I don’t shop anywhere else for shoes.

It was okay, staff were pleasant enough but there seemed to be a lot of then standing around chatting rather than serving people. My friend and I stood there for 5-10 minutes before one of the staff standing in a group realised we were waiting. We then were 'attended' by three different people: one retrieved the shoes in my size, no one checked if I liked any of my options or gathered the other pairs (my friend did this for them) another person took a pair for me to put aside and another took the ones I didn't want. The prices and quality of the shoes are decent though.

The staff member was so helpful. My item was sold out in store so suggested trying another colour on and ordered the item in on line for me so that it would arrive at my home within a few days.

NOVO is my always go to shoe store. Love all
The designs and shoes are really comfortable and durable.

The customer service was great even though the poor girl had 6 people in the store including children running around she went out of her way to engage with everyone.
The only reason for a 4 star rating is unfortunately one pair of the shoes I brought are not supportive enough and when trying them on with my outfit at home my feet kept slipping forward.

To be honest I feel that my purchase was a complete scam. I purchased my shoes to than realise that there was 25% online only. When I asked the lady in store she said yes only online. Than I asked for a refund she said we do not give refunds. Which I found ridiculous as it was a full price item. Than I said to her I explain to me how I can purchase online for 25% off and than click on click and collect and get that exact shoe I purchased within 2 hours from the same store at a cheaper price. She said unfortunately that is how it works. I than said make it make sense. How is this is not a massive scam with Novo shoes. Disgusting

I would suggest anyone thinking about buying from this site run far away. The quality is very poor and trying to return is impossible. They refuse to send me return information so I think they are aware people are not satisfied with their product. Terrible experience and still not resolved after 3 months. STAY AWAY!!!!!
