I asked for a refund and they said it will take 10 working days. I never got the money and had to send a follow up email. They hadn’t processed the refund the whole time and now it’s taking another 10 working days to receive it.

Everything seemed to be legit, but they would not answer questions about what the actual process they use to verify the degree certificate is real, which made me suspicious, especially with how quickly they sent the document through. I think this is fake, and they are just putting a fake stamp on the document. Don't be fooled. This is not a legal process. There was no checking of the document. Don't waste your money, this is fake.

First time of requiring a notarisation of a document and it couldn't have been simpler or quicker, so whilst no previous experience to compare to, I'd wholly recommend you to Notarypublic 24 should you require such services. Many thanks.

I so rarely leave reviews for anything, but throughout receiving assistance from Notariuspublic24 I was thinking that I could not wait to share my experience. I am beyond impressed with the speed, professionalism, and ease of this service. My 12 year old daughter needed a travel consent certificate to fly to USA with a family member . Not only was I able to get it done within hours using a template provided , but also get both my and her dad’s signatures notarised as well as get an apostille. Moreover, despite checking the document multiple times, I managed to provide a wrong spelling of the name which I only noticed late at night on the finished document. Notariuspublic24 kindly corrected my mistake and resent the notarised document to me by 11am the next day! I am beyond grateful as it’s been such a stressful time for us with a very last minute change of travel plans and they just made the whole process smooth and stress-free for me. THANK YOU! Their website clearly states that the UAE Embassy legalization costs £59. When I emailed them to ask, they confirmed that they can only assist with notarization and apostille services, not the actual UAE attestation, and nothing in face in related to the UAE embassy

The website is vague about both details of the process and what the final product is.
Wanted a Consent to Travel document notarised for which the cost is £55. However this gets you a pdf file containing the notarised document. To get a hard copy is an extra €49 for delivery in 10 - 14 days or an additional €89 for express delivery (1 - 3 days)
The process is only revealed after you have paid - required to upload ID with photo and then record a video of yourself and sign a declaration.
The emailed document arrived within an hour - actually received two emails with same document attached.
Hopefully, the digital format of the notarised Consent will be acceptable to the Barbados border clerk!
The customer service people responded quickly to answer questions - but really it was details which should have been on the website.

My wife and I had to notarize documents from both the USA and germany and Notary public 25 made it so simple and quick I would highly recommend. Also my brother in laws name wasn't correct at first on one of the documents and all he had to do was email them and they sent a corrected version back within minutes. Highly recommend.
