Just used NotaryPublic24 for an urgently required Notary and Apostille. I have to sya that the service was fantastic. Karl was highly responsive and helpful throughout. What I love is that whilst they have implemented a great level of automation, there is a human there to assist in the process and the human is responsive.

I found the replies super quick. We had some problem with my wife's passport type as the signature was not on the same page as the photo ID and we were wanting to have a parental consent form attested for our son to apply for a travel visa. We were guided through that problem and it weas quickly resolved. Moreover, in haste we have misinformed a month in a date travel sequence, the Notary picked that error up, checked with us and then amended that date for us rather than requiring a whole new consent form submission. Excellent support, guidance and service.

I am nearly 70 and not great with technology but they took me through the processes step by step and were polite and helpful!

I had requested the notarisation and apostille of two documents. Not being technically up to speed, my application was left incomplete. I telephoned from abroad and was given immediate assistance to resolve the issue of my incomplete application. The notarised and apostilled documents were sent to me later that day. Yolanda had assisted me and I cannot be more grateful for their superlative service.

I needed a minor travel consent form notarised. I was quoted £180 by my local notary, and I would also have to travel to their office with original documentation. When I found Notarypublic24 online and saw they were only charging £64, it was a no brainer, especially after checking the reviews here on Trustpilot.

I was able to upload my own letter and verify my identity online. The verification process was a little complicated but Karl quickly helped me sort it out (I did it on a laptop initially but it turned out to be much easier on my phone). As soon as the ID verification was in order, my duly notarised document was with me within 20 minutes. Great service!
NB for transparency, the actual cost was £128 rather than £64 because we had two signatories on our letter.

I had a very poor experience with this service. I was asked to complete identity verification multiple times (three times in total), and each time they claimed they could not find it. There was no clear explanation, no resolution, just repeated requests to do the same thing again.

After more than two weeks of delays — despite paying extra for faster processing — they simply offered a refund instead of fixing the issue. This completely defeated the purpose of using their service in the first place.

The whole process felt disorganized and unprofessional, and honestly made me question how reliable the service actually is.

I would not recommend this to anyone who needs something done efficiently or on time.

Brilliant service. I needed to have my passport notarised and they were very quick. A few months later I contacted the team as I had lost my notarised passport copy, and they very kindly emailed it to me again. I would definitely recommend their service.

Tricky process made easy with NotaryPublic 24. Easy to follow method to verify signature all done via my mobile phone. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I'm in the UK, and needed a specific Power of Attorney document Notarised with an Apostille (so that it was recognised in Cyprus). I shopped around, and spoke to a few local (to me) Notary Publics, who quoted between £275 and £300, and 3 to 4 weeks to complete the Apostille piece, and all included either an in-person meeting or a scheduled video interview. I found Notarypublic24 online, was able call, and speak to someone for advice. I logged on to their website, paid £99, completed the online process (scan in the document, passport, and short video of my face for identification), and received the fully notarised/apostillised document back in minutes. (Actually it took a day, but that was because I originally sent through an unsigned document - email customer service with a smile and a joke by the way!) Absolutely amazing! To be honest, I still can't believe how straightforward it was! I can't recommend highly enough, thank you for making, what I thought was going to be a painful, long and expensive process as easy as online shopping (honestly, I've spent more time buying a new handbag online!).

The website said 64BGP for digital copies to be notarized (from the UK), I paid for two. They got back to me saying if I wanted the notarization from the UK, it will be a higher charge, otherwise I will get it from the EU notaries. I opted for the EU option. They got back saying they will not be able to notarize again, and I started processing my refund, after wasting my time.

The service was exceptional! Being my first time using notary24, I was able to get the document notarised within the time frame.

It did work. I got the notarized Power of Attorney to the country I wanted it in.

Cons
Lots of back and forth. They definitely don't have 24/7 customer service. You can't get a hold of them by phone basically ever. You just have to rely on email, which they seemed to respond to at random hours. THEY AREN'T UK based, which is what I'd presumed (and what I think they want you to presume). They are actually based out of Sweden, which apparently gives cheap notarization/apostiles. (The document was still valid).

They weren't particularly familiar with the guidelines for Turkish Power of Attorney. The first copy they sent got rejected, because apparently they have to put a photocopy of your passport on the back for it to be valid in Turkey. (It's not shocking to me that they don't know what every country in the world wants.) They re-did the document for free, but I did pay for a second round of quick shipping.

Also, I don't think their initial instructions were very clear for someone who had no experience with apostile. I thought they were going to have me sign the document in the video, (like signing in front of a live person) but was supposed to have signed it before sending it to them.

Ultimately we got there, but it wasn't a very clean process or very speedy if you don't have it exactly right the first time.

Excellent service! Had my document within 12 hours. Attention to detail, speedy delivery, answered my questions via email and WhatsApp. Recommend!

My first point of contact was with Juan, I reached out for help as i was confused which service and procedure I needed. He immediately helped clarify and replied with speed, precision and on a calming human level, which seems so rare these days. Later I needed to reach out again as I hadn’t seen the pending affidavit. Again I received an immediate response with help for my next steps. Followed by Karl who promptly issued the notarisation of my affadivit within a couple of hours. And with a polite courteous note.
