I asked for a refund immediately after placing the order because they asked me for my ID verification twice after It was already completed and I had a gut feeling something was wrong. And I was right, I have never received the refund that they said it was issued on the 22nd of January. I even asked for the proof of the refund issue and I have never received it.

Be very careful.
They are based in Sweden!!!
Everything is very straightforward, but it’s a big trap. You think you’re paying for a proper physical copy, when in reality they only send only a digital version!!!
After that, they try to charge almost double (89 euro!!!) if you actually want the paper format.

Please don’t fall into the same trap I did and waste your money. I strongly recommend using a different, more traditional service—or at least an online provider that is transparent and doesn’t hide important details.

It was very quick and straightforward. I made a mistake while uploading the correct document, re submitted and paid for service again but staff was very kind, understood the situation, immediately responded and refund the second order with correct document notarised. Very few organisations got this ability to recognise the issue and sort it out in away that is tailored to customer need that do not fit a classical established pathway. This what makes us different from robots. I am very thankful to the gentleman Karl for his cooperation and amazing work.

Initially I had problems to complete the process but the access to advice and back-up was great, I completed the submission of documents and verification by mobile which was quite easy and after that the Notorised documents were returned very quickly allowing me to send them to the country where they were required. Overall, excellent, if a little expensive, but to achieve it over a weekend, it was worth it.

I needed a verified copy of my passport and decided to try Notarypublic24. I am super happy with the process, how easy it was and how fast you got a reply! Paid 300+ gbp for my documents. Asked for verification out of webcam. Shiny plastic documents in front of webcam have reflection from the screen so failed verification and asked for refund since no other method to verify is provided.

Surprisingly efficient and responsible - I had a thought that they are fraud as everything were done online. but they are actually very efficient, reliable and responsible. they refunded to me me quick for my wrong purchase of service, and handled my document notarisation very quick too

What an absolutely egregious customer
service experience! I forwarded a single document to be notarised on Thursday8th January and paid £20 extra for a priority service. No email or acknowledgment was received. I rang on the Friday (and miraculously somebody answered). i was asked for my Order No. but I said I did not get an email (I had checked both my Inbox and Junk folders). The assistant did find my order and said they send me a link so as to identify myself. Again nothing was received. I rang again but nobody answered and I got a message to “hold the call” and I would get a signal when the ‘phone was answered. Absolutely, a complete waste of time as I did not get the promised signal. Today, I rang again and waited over an hour for somebody to answer the ‘phone - so I gave up. These bastards have taken £84 of my money and provided zero service and are, seemingly, uncontactable. If I could give them zero stars I would. I my opinion, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I was hesitant at first. After weeks of anxiety and almost completely losing hope, I truly felt this was my last resort.

I lost some personal items at AUH Airport, and processing a notarized Letter of Indemnity locally was not only very meticulous but also far more expensive than the value of the items I lost. I already had the letter prepared, it only needed notarization, but the cost alone made me consider giving up.

Just when I was about to lose hope, I came across NotaryPublic24 online.

The process was unbelievably easy. I chose the Express option, and despite the US–UAE time difference, I received my notarized letter with an official seal within just a couple of hours. I was honestly overwhelmed, in the best way possible. It completely blew my mind!

The Lost & Found Office confirmed that the letter was legitimate and sufficient. Although they initially requested the original printed copy, they eventually accepted it after I provided supporting documents.

Für eine 10-minütige Routine wurde mir im besten Fall ein Termin in 2,5 Monaten (!) angeboten, die meisten Büros haben einfach abgewimmelt. Gut beworbene Onlinedienste verlangen für diese Leistung 4- bis 5-fachen Preis, welchen ich nicht tragen wollte.
Zum Glück auf notarypublic24 gestoßen, dieser Dienst kümmert sich wirklich um die Kundschaft und das zum kleinsten Preis, den ich online gefunden habe. Schnelle Reaktion auf Anfragen, nach der Bezahlung sofortige Erledigung des Auftrags. Ich war zugegeben ein schwieriger Kunde und musste mich immer wieder auch Wochen später an den Dienst wenden mit weiteren Anliegen - kein Problem, wurde immer schnell und freundlich geholfen.
Ich gebe selten die volle Punktzahl für eine Dienstleistung, aber diese hier hat das Lob voll verdient.

I recommend you use a different more traditional service or at least an online supplier with clear communication that don’t hide details.
Also, if you ever need support you are doomed. I waited 1:05hrs on the phone and no one picked up, I actually have a screenshot of it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
