I've only dealt with Nordfrim a few times, but each time they have been extremely helpful and the products I've purchased (Lighthouse albums) have been shipped promptly in very good shape. And the prices seemed more than fair. In addition, the customer service person I dealt with to ask a few questions before buying was extremely helpful, as well. I don't see how a company could do better than this/

I have several subscriptions and everything works perfectly. When there are damaged stamps (most likely by the issuing country, not by Nordfrim) they will send you a replacement. They also answer fast by any questions by e-Mail.

Har de senaste åren blivit flera reklamationer nu senast utlovades falskeligen tre Leuchtturm SF-album med ungerska märken då de i verkligheten var ett gammalt Schaubeckalbum som levererades. Det blir retur och extra arbete för mig. Varan beskrevs utan foto och då måste man kunna lita på vad som skrivs. Dock har de fortfarande ett brett sortiment.
Har efter kontakt med firman fått ett prisavdrag på varan som kan accepteras och kundtjänst är i regel tillmötesgående och serviceinriktad.

Ordered 700 different Danish stamps, received ca 500 stamps and 200 broken, ripped pieces of worthless paper. After posting in Trustpilot they contacted me and this time the service was outstanding and I was partially refunded. I can say I'm pretty satisfied now.
