Bestellung doppelt Aktiviert ohne Bestätigung

Ich habe was in den Warenkorb gelegt um zu schauen was es kostet und es wurde automatisch nach Paypal geleitet und Bezahlt !! Ich hatte nichts bestätigt was zu einem Kauf gekommen wäre !!
Verbrecher Seite, Betrüger vom allerfeinsten, und Paypal spielt da noch mit, auch Verbrecher.

Barking dogs

I made my order on 18th of March and it is on it way to my house, and l am going to use them on my to little dogs to train them not to bark at every thing that walk by my house.

THIS WORKS GREAT!

Wasn't sure if I could program it or not but it was pretty easy even for this senior! In just half a day my 6 month old's (border collie) horrible barking has decreased by approximately 90%. I can hardly believe it. Hope this continues!
Problem---collar strap will not stay adjusted to needed smaller size. Had to tape it to stay secure but otherwise THIS WAS A GREAT INVESTMENT.

They replied really quickly although didn’t say if they had changed my order ( I’d ordered 2 collars not 1) Then I received an email to say my order was ready to be collected but still don’t know if I’m getting one collar or two

You can not return even within 30 days

Collar showed up and immediately can tell it came from China after having the Vet check she stated it was illegal to use and asked us to return. Thats when they real nightmare appeared 7 emails and still no way to return after explaining its illegal they offered me 25% off to keep and are trying to intimidate me that return will cost me more .

I WOULD BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!I PLACED AN ORDER I AM 71 AND NOT REAL TECH SAVVY. I PLACED MY ORDER AND REALIZED I ORDERED 5 I ONLY WANTED ONE. THEY SAID I HAD 12 HOURS TO CANCEL. I CANCELED IMMEDIATELY AND I MEAN IMMEDIATELY WITHIN MINUTES AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS ALREADY PACKAGED AND SHIPPED IN LIKE 10 MINUTES RIGHT...SO I CALLED AND THEY SAID THERE WSS NOTHING THEY COULD DO AND THEY WERE JUST AN INTERMEDIATE CONTACT I'D HAVE TO TALK TO THE COMPANY DIRECTLY SO I TOLD THEM GIVE ME AN E-MAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DON'T HAVE ANY FOR ME TO CONTACT THEM. SO BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!

No need for 1 or 2 Training collars

When I put my order in, shortly thereafter I saw that two of the items were billed and on order when I only wanted one. I immediately emailed the company to request that the change be made and I was ultimately told it was too late to change the order because it was already processed. By the time I received the packet with two bark training collars—two weeks plus after ordering such, I no longer needed the item. So, I am in the process of getting the products shipped back and refunded for the purchase.

Customer Service will tell you what you want to hear.

Before ordering I called customer service regarding payment for this collar. I spoke to a woman and told her I cannot pay for this collar through a card listed through PayPal. I can Only pay through PayPal Credit. I found no way to do that on the order form. She assured me three times that the charge would indeed be processed through PayPal credit after I too explained three times my concern. The charge went through my Debit Card and put me in the negative. My remaining funds were reserved for a bill. I'm working to cancel this as I'm not comfortable with this brand. ORDER # 21BB3892ED

Tread carefully

As with several other reviewers, I also intended to order 1 collar and was the charged for 4 or 5 (it’s a bit confusing!).
I also attempted to cancel, within minutes, once I received note of charges, but was told it was too late and that order was ready to leave warehouse!!
I was told not to worry - I can return within 30 days for full refund.
I was very dismayed and angry.

However, later today I received an email telling me that me refund had been actioned; and, indeed, it is showing in my PayPal account.
This is a tricky company to deal with, but my experience demonstrates that you can actually get satisfaction, and I am now satisfied.
Unfortunately, having been bitten, I’ll probably never be able to review the effective of the actual collar - a pity!

Highly Recommend

This company has a great after customer care service. I ordered to many anti dog barking, collars, I only needed 2. Very friendly, helpful and prompt at addressing my mistake
