They don't want to refund a malfunction collar I don't recommend buying it unless you want to throw away money.

Just make sure the product doesn't malfunction. My dogs collar was locked and changed with a touch the lock obviously doesn't work. And now they are trying to not refund the money they said it was easy no it isn't they only want to give 25%. Rip off

Non-existent company

No way to communicate with this fake company. One cannot call, one cannot get a correct e-mail addresss to ask for cancellation or refund. Several "YOUR ORDER IS ON ITS WAY" e-mails are false. Nothing has come yet. I I get my money back, it will because my lawyer will asks for it.

Avoid at all costs

If I could give a zero I would looked on this website and accidentally ordered a collar tried to go back and ended up with 4 collars. Followed their return and refund policy that states if cancelled within 12 hours would be refunded. To be told that it was too late within minutes of the order. Then to be told if I did not accept the delivery they would not refund me. Then I recieve 4 collars and trying to contact anyone to get a return address I am constantly going around in circles with the same message to fill in a survey and then get back to them for a refund to constantly have the same message. I have never experienced anything like this and has left me over £200 out of pocket. Absolutely the worst customer service and would advise anyone to stay completely clear of this company.

So far overcharged no refund on the difference and no order number!! Fraudulent!!

It was quick easy and convenient

It was quick easy and convenient not too much messing around. There were some extra products added at point of sale the no I don’t want it could’ve showed up a bit easier. But overall it was okay. I’m not sure about the product yet we’ll see what happens.

Yep it’s a scam. Very confusing site for a reason

Very similar to the other reviews in which people ended up with 4 collars, except I ended up with 5! Could not cancel the order within 5 minutes for same reason….it was already packed. The shipment never left the building for 5 days. I was able to get a refund for 4 through PayPal. So one cost me about $100. When I asked how to return the 4 they said just keep them. Now I know why…they are probably worth 15-20 $ tops. Not a good trainer . Anyways don’t even think of buying this. Brutal
