Great customer service and very professional on what they are doing. I would recommend for anyone I know.

After interrupting thieves at 3am trying to steal my Jeep JK Rubicon, I decided to add some protection. I did a lot of research on alarms, GPS tracking systems, hidden switches and all the other options. All had pros and cons but Ravelco seemed to be the best choice for preventing the loss, short of the thieves dragging it away on a truck. They wouldn't drive it away. The Ravelco rep answered all my questions beforehand, the tech showed up right on time, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We discussed a couple different locations for the plug and he explained his reasoning for the best place in the Jeep. The install was done quickly, neat and clean and it's easy operation was explained in detail. Also, the price wasn't bad with the AAA discount. I highly recommend it for your peace of mind.

The installer was knowledgeable and professional

We live in Oregon and there isn't a dealer in our state so we contacted California Ravelco to arrange an install when we were visiting family back in May. I waited to write this review to ensure everything was as expected. Their communication was great throughout the process of scheduling the installation and the installer showed up on time and explained the process and answered all my questions. He reviewed the system post install and we have been very happy with the product. We are very satisfied.

I decided to get a Ravelco after on my Jeep Wrangler after it was stolen, taken to Mexico, and repossessed. Communication was awesome throughout the process of scheduling the installation. The actual installation took about 2.5 hours, and they did it right in my parking lot. They also followed up with me after to explain the Ravelco system. Very satisfied with this company! I feel confident that thieves would not be able to steal my car with this system installed.

Thieves tried to steal my 2023 Camaro SS - the car I waited over a year to buy. For whatever reason, they failed, but I figured they'd come back. I immediately researched kill switches and found Ravelco. I called Sam and scheduled an appointment for the day I got my car back from the window repair. Anthony showed up for the install and he was very professional.

THE DAY AFTER THE INSTALL the thieves tried again. This time the Ravelco device guaranteed they walked away empty handed.

Fast forward 8 months: new parking lot; new theft attempt; same outcome: I still have my Camaro.

The Ravelco device has more than paid for itself. If you have a car you can't (or don't want to) replace, call these guys!

Side note: shortly after the device install, the check engine light kept coming on. I called Richard and he was committed to troubleshooting the problem. Anthony came out and made an adjustment to the install, and everything has been fine since. This team and this anti-theft device are for real.

Thank you for giving us back a sense of safety and protection for our SUV & 250 truck! Samantha (in the office) was very patient with all our inquiries and concerns even following up after installation. She gave us peace of mind that we are not alone, even if we absent mindedly lose our ravelco key. Rene was an expert installer from an impressive tool table set up to complete knowledge for car rebuilds. If he lived closer, we would call him for all our vehicle needs! We would highly recommend Calif-Arizona ravelco to anyone with a concern about their vehicles protection.

The installer that worked on my vehicle was competent and seemed to actually care if he did a good job. Pretty rare these days. My only criticism is that he did not use a fender apron and placed a couple of tools directly on my paint. Thankfully there were no scratches.

After car thieves attempted to steal my vehicle I researched 'kill switch' devices from both the Internet and my friends in the car community and it was immediately obvious that the only choice was the Ravelco Anti Theft Device. From first contact through installation and follow-up, it was a first class experience all the way through. First I spoke with Sam who explained everything thoroughly and set up scheduling of the install at my house. Then, to put me at ease, after watching some of the competitor propaganda on the web, I spoke with Richard who ran down all the tech behind the device and told me that not one vehicle with a Ravelco device had ever been beaten. Next, installer Brian came to my house, on-time. He was courteous, clean, friendly and took all the time I needed to explain, in detail, what the install involved on my particular vehicle. Brian was obviously very knowledgeable and cared about every little detail of the installation, as if he were doing it on his own vehicle. He was a true craftsman with every part of the installation. Everything was as if it were factory installed. After he finished the install he once again took all the time I needed to explain how everything works and what I could expect from all the things an owner of this device might run into along the way. He also provided me with information on how to obtain additional fobs if needed. Finally. on the first business day after install, Sam followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with everything. Needless to say, Ravelco delivered everything they were hired to do. Courteous, prompt, friendly service including great attention to detail and follow-up. If you are in need of an anti-theft device for your vehicle I could make no stronger recommendation then California/Arizona Ravelco.

Everyone here was very professional. From the lady on the phone to the installer that came to my home. He made sure I knew how to work it and what not to do. The only thing for me was I almost lost the plug the first day. It fell off but my husband saw it fall so that was good. I would say just give it with nothing and let the consumer buy their own device to keep it on. Anyway thank you so much for the peace of mind!!
