Customer service, installation and product is outstanding.
Having an expensive truck stolen is a traumatic & very costly experience. I installed the Ravelco anti-theft device in two trucks & now have piece of mind knowing my trucks will remain in my driveway. I also believe the small window warning sticker they provide does prevent attempts. My Ring camera has recorded multiple events where thieves inspect my trucks, open empty tool boxes but they have not broken in since the Ravelco system & warning sticker were put in place.. Worth every penny!

Richard was amazing!!! Such a truly kind and thoughtful person as well as talented and very knowledgeable! The process was so quick and easy and right in front of your home! Which is the best part. My husband and I did a lot of research before choosing a security system and the reviews, statistics, and recommendations by cops themselves don’t lie. The peace of mind we feel now about keeping our Scatpack secure is unmatched. Once again, Richard was so great! Give him a promotion, bonus, and raise ASAP!!!

Rene the technician was a good sport!
Rene the technician was a good sport. He came down from L.A. for my install while he was feeling unwell.
It didn't even slow him down on doing an amazing installation on my Jeep. He had good knowledge and shared some good pointers in behalf of the device being installed.
Because of the great experience with Rene, I would definitely have my next vehicle done by him. Thanks a bunch!

Installer lost the plastic wiring…
Installer lost the plastic wiring harness end cap located under the hood of my F250. He informed me it was okay because it was only for looks and didn’t really do anything. He then proceeded to heavily wrap it with tape to make up for the cap not being there. He told me if I found the plastic end cap to call and they would schedule him to come back and reinstall it. He also told me if I didn’t find the end cap, to also call them and he would go by a Ford dealership and buy a replacement because they are cheap and he would reinstall it. After the installer left, I moved the truck and did not find the end cap so I called Revelco like the installer told me to and talked to the sales person who proceeded to give me a high school coach speech on integrity and how much integrity the installer had to even tell me that he lost the cap in the first place. The sales person then told me that I would get a phone call back the next day to arrange for the installer to locate a new cap and schedule him to come finish the job. I waited two days and called them back and they told me they were still looking. I waited another week and called him back and they told me they couldn’t find one, but they were still looking. The Revelco device is operational, but my installation is incomplete because he lost a piece of my truck and I’m getting the runaround by the sales person.

My apologies for your experience. If we make a mistake and everything does not go 100% to our expectations during an installation, we always bring it up to the customer, as we did in this case.
We do this regardless of whether or not the customer would notice as we don't hide anything. There was no intention of a "high school coach speech." We wanted to make it clear that we brought the mistake to your attention and weren't trying to hide anything. And we intend to replace it.
Which we still are.
I promise you were aren't giving you the runaround. There is nothing deceptive about our obligation.
As we discussed on the phone, the challenge we have is that Ford doesn't sell that cover separately. It comes on the entire engine harness, which runs over $1000. So again, no runaround, just trying to source the correct part.
Regardless of the rating, we will continue to look for the part. In the meantime, your truck is fully functional and protected from theft as the cover is cosmetic and has no impact on the running of the vehicle. Regardless we consider this important and will continue to look for the part.
We strive to make every customer happy, but realize we are all human. We will continue to be in touch as we look for the plastic cover.

Great Product!

RAVELCO is #1 vehicle security system. I live in San Diego, California…a few months ago they tried to steal my 2000 Ford F250 Powerstroke 7.3 Diesel with a car hauler trailer attached. They broke the door lock, disabled the factory alarm system and drilled out the ignition cylinder in the steering wheel. They tried to start the truck, but they could not. Next morning l found my truck and trailer still sitting where l last parked them. I have already installed RAVELCO in 5 of my diesel trucks. The technician comes to my work and does a professional install in about 2 1/2 hrs. If you want to keep your truck RAVELCO is a must, sooner or later they will come for your truck.

Experience was less than optimal
Experience was less than optimal. It was my requirement to be a part of the installation and I was told I could not by the manager. I explained that it was my vehicle and I needed to know. Still, I wasn’t allowed to watch when many have said other technicians allowed it without issue. I also wanted the unit in the panel below the steering console and the manager told me it couldn’t be done due to an airbag. This was actually untrue and the technician confirmed. The technician was just doing what he was told so I don’t fault him for anything he did, but the fact that they side-skirted my concerns and my requirements really turned me off from using their services ever again.

We are sorry for your experience, but we always try to be realistic with what the mounting requirements are based on what the truck manufacturer has behind the dash. WE WERE MISTAKEN on your vehicle. On the newer trucks, the airbag is in the way, and you had the prior year. Our apologies.
We ask our customers to let us work by ourselves as it is a security product and when people watch over our shoulders it is difficult to do our job properly. If you take your vehicle to the dealership, they will tell you the same thing, we are not alone in this regard.
I hope that the peace of mind knowing that your truck can not be stolen more than makes up for the mistake we made with the airbag position.
We always try to accommodate mounting locations and go through the pros and cons short term and long term prior to installing the Ravelco. In the end, if we can install the device where our customers ask us to, we will.
Satisfaction at its best!
