To start off with the over the phone ordering it went smoothly, all questions answered by Sam. Install was scheduled and installer showed up on time and got right to work. Once job was completed, the technician went over all details of the device. Showed me what happens when the device is not plugged in. Over all great 10/10 service. The next day was the follow up call to make sure everything was installed and I received all info I needed.

Work was performed as scheduled by a friendly and professional mechanic.

Technician was nice and professional. Installation was pretty quick and now I have a little extra piece of mind when I leave my car parked around the Bay Area and beyond!

I purchased and had the No Hot Wire Device installed in January 2020 in my 2003 Tahoe. The installation was done to my total satisfaction. On Feb. 24 2023 some dirtbag tried to steal my baby in full daylight at my place of work. Long story short, they did not get my Tahoe, which I have put about $12k of extras and add-ons. It cost me less than $400 to repair the damage done.
I just purchased a 2016 Silverado 3500HD and my first Add-on to this vehicle will be a Ravelco No Hot Wire Device. I highly recommend this product to anyone who does not want their car stolen!! I took a lot of satisfaction out of knowing they didn't get what they wanted!

Installer that came out was professional, courteous and on time. He was confidently knowledgeable about the product and installation process. In addition, he worked with me to find the best mounting location and was careful with my car during installation.
The office management that reached out after purchase to setup the date/time of installation and follow up afterwards is very kind and courteous as well.
This is my second Ravelco I've had installed and will get a 3rd if I get another vehicle.

I had the Ravelco kill switch installed in my 2021 Dodge Durango Hellcat. This past week, my wife and I went on vacation and parked the SUV in the airport parking lot. We returned to find the rear passenger trunk window shattered and both the right and left dashboard under-panels busted open. So ecstatic to say the Adam Henry's couldn't steal my SUV only because of the Ravelco kill switch. Such a relief and so thankful I made the investment in this company. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!

The install seemed to go ok. I love the product. When the installer arrived he notified me that he would be charging additional amount due to my truck being “lifted” its a stock trail boss on 35” tires. After he told me he would get it waved he began the install. After the install he once again tried to charge me an additional amount for my truck being “lifted” I told him I wouldn't be paying a dime more because thats not what was agreed upon. Also I asked him to show me where he drilled through the firewall and if he sealed the hole, of course he did not and had to do a quick silicone job. There was no grommet used passing through the firewall so hopefully the wires don't rub and short out.

Their tech, Brian, showed up on time, and consulted with me about where I wanted the plug mounted inside, and where to run the harness under the hood. He took about 2.5 hrs and did a pro job. He taught me how to use the Ravelco device correctly before departing. I also got 2 decals for the windows. Highly recommended.

Revelco was immediately responsive to my purchase and was able to set up an installation at my home within a few days. Throughout the process I was updated regarding the installation and when the installer would arrive.

The fact that they stole my truck while I was on vacation I never recovered it. I got a new one the same same here and same type. I had this installed. The technician was great. The people on the phone were great and now I can sleep at night and know that they can’t just Punch my lock out and stick a screwdriver in my ignition and take off with it and I also have a tracking device in it. Great product great service great protection.
